Membership

Membership to ITLA is to open to Indian nationals only. The Executive Committee in its meeting resolved that the following will be different

categories of membership to ITLA.

1. Regular Membership

2. Associate Membership

3. Individual Membership

Regular Membership:

This category of membership is to open to the below mentioned only,

a. Colleges & Seminaries affiliated to Senate of Serampore College,

b. Colleges & Seminaries accredited by Asia Theological Association (ATA) and

c. Seminaries managed by Roman Catholic Churches India.

Annual membership fee to this category is Rs. 300.00 only (vide EC01/2003-2005, No. 5, dated 28^th September, 2003).

To avail membership in this category, you may submit the filled forms I & II with annual fee to the Secretary.

Associate Membership

This category of membership is open to the colleges and seminaries, which do not belong to any of the above said.

To avail membership in this category you send the filled in application forms mentioned below with annual fee to the secretary.

Individual Membership:

Any Christian individual interested in the purpose of ITLA and

1. has a professional degree in Library and Information Science or

2. serving or retired individuals who has rendered distinguished services in the library

can become an individual members of the association.

To avail membership in this category, you may send the filled in application form III with membership fee Rs. 100.00.

Annual membership Fee:

Regular and Associate – Rs.300.00

Individual – Rs. 100.00

Membership fee may be sent by DD/MO. DD should be drawn infavour of INDIAN THEOLOGICAL LIBRARY ASSOCIATION, PUNE. Money Orders may be sent to the secretary directly.
