The 'Per Town Strategy' is the place to be if you need any kind of information about town-
specific issues.  In the subsections of this section, every town is discussed separately.

It is important to know that the strategies described here sometimes overrule the 'General
Strategies' because they are more specific.  The two types of strategies blended together
form the optimal standard strategy (not depending on the map layout) for any map you play.

Any questions that remain unanswered in this section should be covered in the 'General
Strategy' section if it concerns non specific/not town-connected facts.  Some topics may
even not be discussed here at all. In that case, the topics are probably tiny details that
would lead us too far away from the important strategical matters. (either mail me or
