  
Raiders of the Lost Ark is the first in the trilogy, and most likely my favorite. The story revolves around the discovery of the Ark of the Covenant, an object described in the Holy Bible; when the Nazis hear of this discovery, they try to claim it for themselves, hoping to become invincible by recovering powers from it. So Indy is off on his first adventure -- although not his first adventure if the series were in chronological order of events -- fighting off Nazis and (of course) snakes. Well, I don't want to spoil this classic flick for you if you haven't seen it, so instead I'll offer you some media and related products for it.
