I
Dear Sir

I have read your letter in the Star for missing Heirs to Estates and money tn England. I suppose you are a Lawyer, If so, while you have your hand in the business searching for titles, I wish you would do a Little for me at your own expense. Just now, it has been reported there was money in the Bank of England for the Wanner’s, I would Like to know if there are is any for sure, how much and fromti4rft2~’it Then I’ll talk business to you about getting some. Here is some information I got from my mother and some old letters Capt. Bond (my great grandfather) a resident of Waterford, Ire land (as far as I can learn). His daughter, Catherine Bond (my grand mother) married Thomas Warner, a resident of Chelms ford, England. They had two sons and a daughter, namely, Thomas, Edmund and Catherine Warner. Catherine married William Deadman in London. I don’t know if there was any sons or not (both are dead now). Thomas and Edmund came to this Country. The boys

settled here and married and there are Teats/sons and daughters. The
writer is Thomas Warner s son. My great drandfather ‘Bond’ left property to his daughter’s children, she being dead, my father and uncle never got this property and I would like to know who has got charge of same. Sometimes those printed reports are only frauds to get money from inquirers, but it is an honest lawyer I am looking for to take up this work. If you can’t, then kindly hand this letter to someone who can afford to. If anything is found that there would be anything in it for us, I would be pleased to hear from you.

I
Yours truly,

Charlie Warner
