Martina is the Princess
of the the Kingdom, Zoana. Her father, King Moros, tried to colonize
Saillune by plotting to hostage its Princess, Amelia with the help
of Zelgadiss, whom Martina had hired to help them out with their plans.
Zelgadiss happened to agree because they promised him that they'd
give him the copy of the Book of Zoana, which contains a spell that
can cure him. Unfortunately, Lina gets in the way and reveals that
the Book of Zoana, however, just contains spells and instructions
on how to make Golems and then have power/control over them. She specializes
in curses...although some of you may say that she isn't very good
at it sometimes... She There's something
unusually cute and funny about her: She falls for every handsome guy
she meets... The first victim was Zelgadiss, but then she lost interest
because he became a traitor to her (knowing that he's been tricked).
Then, there was Gourry... Martina tried to get rid of Lina to have
Gourry, but unfortunately, she found out that Gourry was, like, dumb
enough not to know the meaning of the word, Fiancée...she
knows that she has to marry someone who's smart... |

asking!), her imaginary idol/god. She carries a talisman of Zoalmegustav
around with her wherever she goes and uses his name against anybody
whom she confronts.
