To play immediately:

1.

 Open Zip.

2.

 Put everything in folder C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\GameData\Skins

3.

 Have fun^^.
To put into SimShow: (If you want to make your own skin.)

1.

 Open Zip.

2.

 Put all *.bmp in to folder C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimShow\GameData\Textures

3.

 Put everything else into folder C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimShow\GameData\People1
