Sailor Mars - Hino Rei
I'm supposed to be in love with *him*? Anime: Of the three senshi Jadeite meet, I believe that he hates Sailor Mars most. The feeling is quite mutual; Rei thinks that Jadeite is a chauvinistic idiot, and that the world will be a better place once he's turned to crisp.
The fact that he worked at her the Hikawa shrine for a while, and managed to sneak by her psychic powers, is probably part of the reason to why Rei dislikes him so much. (and Usagi asked if they were siblings... Ha!)
I think the main reason for their hatred is that they have a wildly different look on things, and are both so strong in their beliefs.

Manga: According to a famous artbook picture, featuring the Shitennou with the inner senshi in their arms, Jadeite and Rei were on very familiar terms with each other back in the Silver millennium. If you think about Rei's aversion to most males (strictly manga) they must have been together in some way, or she'd never allow him to touch her that way he does.
I quote Mixx: "How pretty. She's something special, this girl." Even though Jadeite didn't know that Rei was actually a Sailor warrior, he felt drawn to her. However, he later takes her as a hostage and threatens to kill her. In the end, it is Sailor Mars who destroys Jadeite.
There are even more indications that they do have amutual past. In the short story "Casablanca Memory" (vol. 11) Zoisite tries to weaken Rei by making her sentimental and melancholy. As Zoisite prepares to attack, he tells her, "Not even you can forget the past", and we see the people who Rei feels have let her down... her parents, Kaido (love interest) and Jadeite.
I think it is entirely possible that Rei's dislike of men and marriage has to do with the horrible betrayal she suffered at the hands of her old lover.

Nephrite
Anime: Right after poor Jeddy got turned into an ice-cube, Nephrite calls him an idiot and says that he will be much more successful with the mission. Most likely Nephrite only saw him as a rival for power.

Manga: Totally different story! The Kings are overall much closer then in the anime (except for the Kunzite/Zoisite thing) and Nephrite and Jadeite appear to be friends, even if it's the competitive kind of friendship.
When Nephrite is introduced, he taunts Jadeite and says that his demons are weak, but the 'I want you dead' feeling isn't there. The fact that Beryl was about to punish Jadeite, when Nephrite intervened is also interesting to note.
The King of Stars later on says that he doesn't think Jadeite's plans are good, but I'm not sure if it's teasing or more of a warning.
Nephrite and Zoisite watch through a crystal ball how Jadeite dies, and Nephrite is clearly very upset, promising to get revenge on behalf of Jadeite.
He also says, while standing beside Jadeite's coffin, that he will revive the soul of his friend once he has the Silver Crystal, which I find a very touching scene. No matter how many barbs he gave him, or that he wanted to take over his mission, he still mourns his friend.

It's sad that Takeuchi gives her villains so little time, since I think it would be interesting to see more of the relationships these four men has. There are obviously strong bonds, but how did they become friends? And why don't they get more 'screen-time' even after they've turned good >_< Not to mention that it would be interesting to find out exactly what the Shitennou are supposed to do, since only women can be Champions of Justice in SM-verse.

Shitennou

Zoisite
Anime: Zoisite comments that Nephrite acts like Jadeite (with the implication 'and we all know how that ended...') and seems to consider him a failure, therefore not worth spending much thought on.

Manga: They didn't interact much, but Zoisite looked decidedly unhappy when he died. He also set up a plan to kill Sailor Mars in order to revenge Jadeite (vol. 11).
Still, I think they were friends and comrades in arms, but did not have a very deep relationship.

KoI

Kunzite
Anime: No idea. Kunzite doesn't mention him at all. My guess would be that he doesn't bother with Jadeite, since he is so much stronger then the first king.
Possibly he was glad that Beryl removed a potential rival, or he just didn't care. It's hard to know with Kunzite.

Manga: All the kings seem to have a much deeper connection in the manga, and Kunzite acts as if Jadeite was a friend, but there doesn't seem to be anything special beyond that.
It's always Kunzite with Zoisite and Nephrite with Jadeite, no matter which version.

Thetis
Also called Tide, Titus or Tetis.
Anime only: In episode twelve, a female demon with blue hair approaches Jadeite. She is not under his control, but rather a personal servant of queen Beryl. It's clear that she's infatuated with him, but also that Jadeite doesn't give a damn. He tells Thetis to leave him alone, and not until she offers him a way to kill the Sailor warriors, does he begin to listen. Although Jadeite doesn't care about Thetis on a personal level, he respects her powers and compliments her on how she made a wreck look like a luxury cruiser.
When she is killed, Jadeite is more upset because Beryl threatens to destroy him for this, than he is about the loss of Thetis herself.
I don't think that there could've been anything between them. Jadeite seems to be a very solitary person, and he would probably see it as below his status to have a relationship with a youma. Maybe they could've become closer partners, had Thetis not been killed by Sailor Moon, but that's it.

Beryl
Anime: Jadeite is fanatically loyal to his queen. She is the only person he cares to impress, as well as being the only on he fears.
The mission to collect energy seemed like an easy way to raise his status in Beryl's eyes, maybe even score a few points against the other Shitennou. In the beginning queen Beryl appears to have great faith in him. While Beryl nags that Jadeite hasn't collected enough energy, it isn't really until Sailor Mars appears that she seriously threatens him; but when she does, she does it good: "Don't forget that you can be replaced anytime." isn't exactly what you wish to hear from a demon queen.
So, what does Beryl actually think of Jadeite? It's difficult to say; she's very forgiving against all her subordinates, until the very last minute where she kills them off. She does seem impressed by some of his plans, especially the idea with ultra-sonic sound-wawes used for brainwashing, but as he continues to fail, her temper gets shorter and shorter.
I think Beryl is a very emotionless being, and extremely selfish. As long as Jadeite seemed useful, she can be polite to him. But the moment he lost his tactical worth in her eyes, he became less then dirt. And was swept away just as quickly.
Jadeite is on the other hand loyal into the end, more so then Nephrite who turned traitor, Zoisite who only had eyes for his beloved and Kunzite who couldn't really see pass his anger at prince Endymion.
Sadly, Jadeite also seems to have too much trust in Beryl's good will and his own position, which is why he returns knowing what awaits him.

Manga: It's hard to say, but he serves her as any good soldier serves a commander. Can't see any special personal chemistry here, might be because they're brainwashed and still feel something for prince Endymion.
Also, the only reson Beryl didn't punish him after his second failure was because Nephrite and Zoisite began to ask questions about the Silver Crystal.
