STANFORD Veronica Sawyer was walking into her dorm room at Stanford University when she noticed JD was sitting at her desk. She quickly pulled out her gun and pointed it at him. "Get the fuck out of here JD!" Veronica yelled. JD smiled at her. " I'm just doing some homework I'll be out in a minute." JD said holding up a bomb. "What are you gonna do with that?" Veronica asked her hand shaking. Suddenly JD was standing up. He was all beaten and bloody and the bomb was strapped to his chest. Veronica noticed it said 3 seconds on it. "Boom." JD said then he blew up. Veronica woke up screaming. "Another fucking nightmare, that's just great!" Veronica yelled. She sat up and noticed her roommate Riley was sitting in a chair staring at her. Riley was a Goth chick with a very bad temper and a huge disliking for Veronica. "Dreaming about our dead boyfriend again are we?" Riley asked. "Don't you have somewhere to be?" Veronica asked. Riley stood up. "Nick's expecting me, but I'd much rather stay here and bother you." Riley said. Veronica glared at her and went to the refrigerator. She opened the door and got out a bottle of Jack Daniels. "That's mine you know." Riley said. "You say that about everything in the fridge." Veronica said. "That's because it's true, why don't you ever get off your lazy ass and buy your own groceries?" Riley asked. "Because JD's out there and he wants to kill me." Veronica said. "Have you seen him?" Riley asked. "Well no, but I know he's out there...I...I can feel it." Veronica said. "Sure you can, I'm going to Nicks." Riley said. "Why don't you do us all a favor and move in with Nick?" Veronica asked. "Piss off!" Riley yelled then she slammed the door and walked over to Nick's house. He lived right across the street from the dorms. She walked up to the door and tried to open it, but it was locked. "Hey assholes, let me in!" Riley yelled. JD opened the door. "What do you want?" He asked. "For you to move away...where's Nick?" Riley asked. "He's in the kitchen." JD said then he slammed the door in Riley's face. She knocked on it again and Nick let her in. "Sorry about that, JD's being a dick today." Nick yelled loud enough for JD to hear. "Fuck off!" JD yelled then he sat on the couch. "JD is always a dick, why don't you kick him out?" Riley asked. "Because this is his house, I'm just crashing here till I find my own place." Nick said. "Oh." Riley said then she walked in. JD was watching TV so Riley got in his way. "Why are you such a dick JD?" Riley asked. "I don't feel like dealing with you right now so move." JD said getting angry. "You think you're so tough cause you tried to blow up a school." Riley said. "Riley shut up!" Nick yelled. Riley glared at Nick and her conversation with JD. "And you killed three of the most popular kids at school, isn't that right JD?" Riley asked. "Two actually, Veronica killed Kurt Kelly cause I tricked her." JD said. "They were suicides, you just wanted the credit so you made that story up." Riley said laughing. "Where the hell did you hear about it anyway?" JD asked. "I had a friend who went to Westurburg." Riley said. "You have friends, that's surprising." JD laughed. "Shut up asshole, I know what I'm talking about!" Riley yelled. "You don't know shit." JD said. That was when Nick came in from the bathroom and shoved Riley hard. She hit the floor. She stood up and grabbed Riley by the throat. "You do that again and I'll rip your throat out!" Riley yelled. That's when Nick slapped Riley across her face. "I'll bet." He said then he headed back to the kitchen. JD grabbed him. "Where do you think you're going you little puke?" JD yelled. "Shut up JD this doesn't concern you." Nick said. JD punched Nick in the nose breaking it. "Why the hell did you do that?" Nick asked. "You do not touch her you got that?" JD asked. "What do you care you hate the bitch." Nick said. JD hit him again. Then he walked over to Riley. "You alright? He asked. "I'm fine thanks. Riley said then she headed out the door. She turned around and looked at Nick. "It's over asshole." She said then she left. JD followed her out. "Where you going?" He asked. "To a bar I need a drink." Riley said. "Do you have a ride home?" JD asked. "You can't take me home, Veronica will find out about you." Riley said. "I'll park a block away from the dorms." JD said. "Whatever." Riley said then they got on JD's Harley and rode to the bar. It was 3:00a.m when Riley got back to the dorms. She got off JD's Harley and smiled at him. "Thanks for what you did to Nick tonight, you kicking him out?" Riley asked. "You could say that." JD said then he lit her a cigarette. "Thanks." Riley said then she went upstairs to her dorm room. When she opened it Veronica was watching TV. "Why aren't you asleep?" Riley asked. "I don't want to sleep, I keep having nightmares about JD." Veronica said. "It's not like he's Freddy Krueger or something, he won't kill you in your dreams." Riley hissed. "I know that Riley, it's just that he's out there somewhere." Veronica said. "He's a lot closer then you think." Riley said. "What?" Veronica asked. "Nothing, uh I'm going to bed." Riley said then she headed off to her part of the room. Veronica shut the TV off laid down on the couch and went to sleep. She was walking in the kitchen when she noticed Riley was cutting up carrots. Suddenly she chopped her finger off and screamed. Then she turned around facing Veronica and grinned wickedly. "This isn't even my finger stupid, it's his." Riley said then she threw the finger to JD. "Thanks babe." JD said then he put the finger in the pocket of his gunslinger coat. "Anytime, oh and Veronica?" Riley asked. "What?" Veronica asked. "Sweet dreams." JD said then Veronica awoke. Veronica screamed and awoke in a cold sweat. She looked around the room and noticed Riley was in the kitchen. "What are you doing?" Riley asked. Riley held up a carrot. "I got hungry why?" Riley asked. "No reason." Veronica said then she sat at the table. "What's your story?" Riley asked. "Couldn't sleep, I just came in for some coffee." Veronica said. "Well help yourself, I'm going back to sleep." Riley said then she left. "I'm never sleeping again." Veronica said. Back at JD's he had just set up a bomb outside his house. Nick was asleep inside. JD set the bomb for 30 seconds. He got on his Harley and rode a safe distance away. Then he turned around and watched the house explode. "Perfecto." He said then he rode off. The next day Riley walked over to JD's house but found it had been blown up. "Who did this?" She asked not expecting to get an answer. JD was behind her. "Me." He said. "Riley jumped about 10 feet in the air. "Don't do that!" She yelled. "Sorry I'll just go." JD said then he got on his Harley and started it up. "Where are you going?" Riley asked. "To get Veronica." JD said. "But I thought you loved me?" Riley said. " I don't mean I'm gonna take her on a date or something, I'm gonna do away with her." JD said. "Oh." Riley said then she got on JD's Harley and they rode off. They rode for about an hour then went down to the college. JD stopped the bike and he hid behind a wall. "You know what to do right?" JD asked. "Yes, don't worry I won't botch it." Riley said then she started to walk away. JD grabbed her by her arm, pulled her to him and kissed her. "You better not." JD said then he let her go. Riley walked over to the double doors of the exit and waited for Veronica to come out. She did and Riley started crying. "Veronica he's here, JD's here and he wants to kill me!" Riley screamed. Veronica got out her gun and cocked it. "Where is he?" Veronica asked. JD in front of Veronica. "Right here." He said then he hugged Riley. "Did you miss me?" He asked Veronica. Veronica's hand shook. "Ill kill you both without giving it a moments thought!" Veronica yelled. Riley walked over to Veronica and grabbed her arm. "You'll do no such thing." She said then she twisted her arm hard. Veronica dropped the gun. Then Riley shoved Veronica into the brick wall. Veronica fell on the ground and tried to get her gun. "No you don't." Riley said then she stepped on Veronica's hand with her combat boot. Veronica screamed. "Leave me alone!" Veronica yelled trying to get away. Riley grabbed Veronica's head and slammed it into her knee knocking her out. Then JD picked Veronica up and they carried her up to Riley's dorm room. He laid her on the couch and Riley slapped Veronica hard across the face. She awoke immediately. "Sleep well?" Riley asked. JD laughed. Veronica rolled off the couch and Riley grabbed her. "I wouldn't do that, it's not like we've done anything to you yet, but if you try anything funny I'll hurt you." Riley said then she threw Veronica back on the couch. "What shall we do with her JD?" Riley asked. JD held up a syringe that had some green liquid in it. "Doesn't matter, she won't live long anyway." JD said. Riley grabbed Veronica's arm. JD grinned wickedly at her. "Tell me if this hurts." He laughed then he jabbed the needle in Veronica's arm. She screamed. That's when someone knocked on the door. "Is everything okay in there?" The pizza boy asked. "JD what'll we do?" Riley asked. "Open the door stupid!" JD yelled. "Don't call me stupid JD!" Riley hissed. "Do what I say woman or you'll end up like Veronica here." JD said then he pushed the liquid into Veronica's vein. Veronica screamed. "Great you're really thinking there JD, he's gonna tell the cops you know." Riley said. "Shut up and open the door!" JD yelled. "Asshole." Riley said then she opened the door. "Go away!" Riley yelled then she slammed the door in his face. "Somebody's gonna pay me for this! "The pizza boy yelled. Riley opened the door and grabbed the pizza boy. "JD you got any money, he won't leave until someone pays him." Riley said. "Don't you have any money?" JD snarled. "If I had money would I have asked you; god you're a moron!" Riley yelled. "Just shoot him!" JD yelled. "Does it look like I have a gun?" Riley asked. JD glared at her. "Fine I'll shoot him." JD said then he shot the pizza boy in the arm. "Nice shot JD." Riley said sarcastically. Veronica's eyes rolled up in her head. "Gross, what's wrong with her?" Riley asked. "I shot her full of drugs stupid!" JD yelled. "No shit but should her eyes be doing that?" Riley asked. "How should I know I never used drugs before, I'm used to guns and bombs." JD said. "So you haven't had a clue what you were doing this whole time?" Riley hissed. "Would you have rathered I tested the drugs on you?" JD growled. "Real funny, you think you're so smart don't you?" Riley asked. "No, I don't think I'm smart I am smart." JD said laughing. "Excuse me?" The pizza boy asked. "What the hell do you want?" JD and Riley asked in unison. "Why are you two fighting?" The pizza boy asked. This caught JD and Riley off guard. "Why are we fighting?" JD asked Riley. "You know I don't remember." Riley said then she looked at the couch Veronica was missing. "Where did she go? Riley asked. Veronica was behind the couch. JD had left his gun there so she picked it up, calked it and stood up. "Right here." She said her hands shaking. She could barely see cause of the drugs. She vaguely saw JD and Riley so she shot at what she thought were them. Two of the bullets hit them in the chest and they fell to the ground. Then she shot another bullet and heard the pizza boy yelp. "Oops." Veronica said. Suddenly JD and Riley stood up so Veronica shot them again. Then she grabbed the phone. The phone had large numbers so she could see 9-11 fairly easy. She dialed it and waited for the operator to answer. When the operator answered Veronica spoke into the phone. "I need and ambulance." She said then she passed out. She awoke in the ambulance. The paramedics were just about to stick a tube down her throat when she spoke. There was a guy in a girl dressed all in black in my dorm room. Are they alive? Veronica asked. "They didn't make it, one of our guys is going to take them to the morgue right now." The paramedic said. Veronica smiled. "It's over." She said. The paramedic who was going to bag JD and Riley went up to the dorm only to find JD and Veronica missing. "What the fuck?" He asked then he went back outside. ONE YEAR LATER.... Veronica was in her new apartment watching TV when she heard a noise. She turned off her TV and looked around the room. That's when her cat Ruby jumped on her lap. "Stupid cat." She said then she pushed Ruby off. Veronica got up, turned the living room lights off and went to bed. She had just closed her eyes when she could've sworn she heard footsteps. She opened her eyes and Riley and JD were sitting on her bed. "Did you miss us?" Riley asked.
