Zeiss Werra I - Olive Green
This is an early Zeiss Werra without metering, rangefinder and a non interchangeable 50/f2.8 Zeiss Jena Tessar with Synchro-Compur shutter.  It is in rare olive green instead of the usual black leather covering.
Yes!  The lens cover is also serve as the lens hood by removing the top cover, reverse and screw in. 

Also, take a closer look, as you notice that there isn't a winding knob for film advancing!  To advance the film of the Werra is by turing the ring over the lens!
