Clayton Long Arms
.....Rides like a stocker
.....Articultion is nauseating!!!!!
            Look
HERE
Up Front

.....Trail Master 4" coils sagged to 3"
.....2" polyurethane spacer and one factory rubber isolator for 5" of lift.
.....I believe these stout springs are the key to not having to run sway bars.  The trade off is a rougher ride, but I think it is worth it not having to deal with sway bar discos when you go on and off the road.

.....Rancho adjustable RS9017's in the front
.....Bar pin eliminators on the bottom that are sitting on 2" Homeboy extenders.

.....The shocks are still too short for the travel of the long arms.  Right now these shocks are my droop limit, and I mean limit.

Out Back

.....Tomken 4" leaf packs (sagged to 3.5")
.....Ford Explorer load leafs flipped upside down
.....Rocky Road Outfitters stackable blocks, three welded together for 1.5" of height and welded to axle to keep them from twisting.
.....With the lift from the shackles, this all addeds up to around 5" of  lift.

.....Homeboy fabed channel that the leaf pack and the load spring sit in to keep the load spring from twisting out of alignment with the pack.  This can happen since because the load spring is not bundled with the leafs.  I got a groove in my tire to prove it.

.....Quadratec greaseable bolts and bushings for shackles and leaf spring eyelets.
.....Longer bolt sleeves for the eyelet bushings to keep these bushing from rubbing on the hangers.

.....Tomken 3" bump stop extenders with Daystar extra long polyurethane cushions.
Revolver Shackles
.....I had to modify the sping hangers to make clearance the revolvers.
Rancho RS99012 shocks
.....Set up with Cross Enterprises shock hoop for mounting the tops inward.  This set-up allows for a longer shock that is needed for my new found droop via the revolvers.

.....Front and rear sway bars removed.
