There was some carnage. I melted an ARB line on the oxygen sensor when I got stuck, see below. One broken fog light. Busted both upper shock bushings and bent a wheel from motocrossing the XJ. I used too much extension for the shocks and have never gone that fast, or had that much compression. Recovered from all of the above, so the fun didn't stop. The kicker was the pinion bearing on the way home took a crap, about two hours down the road. Beaudreu towed me back in the Tundra. It's going to work out for the best, perfect time to swap out my 410 gears for the much needed 488!!!!!!!!
The Beast was awesome. It did eat a starter, but it was easily replaced. It went every where they pointed it. My Jeep was right behind the Beast on almost every climb, there were a few down hills, I couldn't stomach though. Hard to stop to take a shot, when you are looking at the sky........................... |
