"Dave is one of the funniest people ever. He had us all cracking up constantly. Macy is very lucky to have him aboard. He has a heart of gold and he's a great, soulful bass player."

"Ric is an amazing drummer and a lovely person. He is very camera shy and would run away screaming, "Nooooooooo!" The band's favorite thing was when Ric was trying to go to sleep on the bus while we were making noise up front. All of a sudden you'd hear, "Shuuuuuut uuuup you iiiiiiiiidiots!", and we would die laughing. We love him."

Janet with David Mead (RCA Recording Artist) who toured with Liz last year.

"Dave and his band were fun to tour with. Lots of chicanery with that group on board. During the last show with them, the whole band came out while we were onstage. This was during the song "Flower," and one by one removed their shirts to reveal what was written across their chests: "Liz S**ked Us All." Classic. (laughs) Then during the last song, they circled me with some kind of Humpty Hump dance. Liz came to save me by single handedly grabbing David's drummer, who was writhing shirtless on my monitor, and dragging him out to the front of the stage. And he's not a small guy. I guess Liz's daily swimming paid off. She's got arms of steel." Janet also commented that David Mead is a very talented singer/songwriter. "I'd suggest everyone pick up a copy of his album."
