Questions
1.) When and
where he was born?
2.) Where it
was first invented?
3.) When was
the first one invented?
4.) Where did
he get the idea of a machine that could ride on snow?
5.) What was
the machine made out of and what did it look like?
Joseph
Armand bombardier was born in Valcout, Quebec April 16th 1907! As
a teen he was fascinated with machinery, and had a natural gift for working
on machines.
The machine that
could ride on snow invented by Joseph Armand bombardier first invented the
snowmobile in the town that he was born in. The first one was invented in
1923, and his time of building machines that could ride on snow has just
started. (There was many more to come.)
The first snow
machine had for skies two in the front two in the back. It had a ford model
T. engine on the skies were made of medal. To get the machine to move the
was an air plane propeller on it. Then the ford motor would turn the
propeller Creating enough wind to make the machine go.
He got the Idea of
a machine that could ride on snow from… Well as a teen Joseph had a
mechanical mind. He spent long years thinking of a machine that could ride
across the snow and slush. Then he got the idea of a machine that ran on a
vehicle motor, but drove across the snow.
So as you can see
the bombardier that was made by Joseph Armand Bombardier Went further He
died Feb. 18th 1964 but his company still lives. But know his
company make trains, airplanes and snowmobiles but because of this man there
will always be snowmobiles. And he has gone down in history. Thank you for
taking the time in reading my report I sure hope you learned something And
is just as fascinated with the bombardier as I am.
