Despite what the name may imply, this is NOT a city. At least, at the moment it isn't a city. Or so we assume.

    When the mountain was pulled from AFTP territory, a ruined structure came with it. It was not discovered until explorers began to map their territory. The 'city' was named after the uncanny light that surrounds the area: the sun seems to be somehow brighter there then in the rest of Jasonia.

    The 'City of the Sun' department focuses on locating, creating, or developing new technology for the web page and the nation. Department of Research actually develops page's new features, military weapons, advanced exploration, and so on.  However, it does not function AT the city itself, but has simply been named after it.
