Projects Large National Health Insurer 03/01 - 8/01 Scope of the Engagement: Accenture assisted this client in a large scale capability design and development effort to significantly improve the following business capabilities: B2B electronic eligibility capture, electronic eligibility error correction, electronic bill presentment and payment, automated payment application, receivable management and collections. The effort concentrated on integrating technology package and custom application solutions into customer-focused business processes. The project started in March 2000 and is organized around releases, each of which is currently at a different stage of development. My Role:
I was a consultant on the release 4 team. I was responsible for designing,
developing and assembly testing certain sub-components that made up the member
repository. I was also responsible for coordinating the efforts to ensure
that this member repository had well defined interfaces that other systems
could use. I primarily worked on Java 2, WebSphere Application Server,
IBM Visual Age for Java 3.5 and XML Spy. I also defined the XMLs/DTDs/W3C

Major League Baseball Advanced Media 09/00 - 02/01 Scope of the Engagement: Major League Baseball Advanced Media is a company formed by the partnership of all 30 MLB teams to control and distribute MLB's media content on the internet. This engagement was to create a web site to integrate all existing major league baseball team sites so that all of them can leverage the same set of common services. My Role: Technical Lead and Architect at the Major League Baseball Advanced Media project. My responsibilities included architecting a framework for the web site (considerations included integration with 3rd party vendors, high volume, high availability and security among others), mentoring client developers, supervising developers of the iPlanet team, and serving as the point of contact for all technology related queries by the client. Also develop processes to help ease development, deployment, testing and migration. Supervised: 5 iPlanet

- 09/00, 01/99 - 02/00 My Role: Part of the General Electric Netscape Team to oversee and aid the implementation of the GE E-Commerce stack. Primarily working on the Netscape Application Server (NAS) 4.0 (J2EE Technology). Aid clients through their OOA/D phase so that the developed applications run optimally under NAS 4.0. Provide guidance and mentoring to Java developers on NAS & J2EE. Also, aid clients to migrate their existing e-commerce framework to the NAS framework. Have been on assignment to GE Capital in England and other GE Facilities. Mentoring J2EE developers at NBC Corporation, New York. Supervised: 5 Client Developers, 2 Client Infrastructure people. Scope of the Engagement: BellSouth.com is new media company that was formed to web enable Bellsouth's services. They were looking to migrate their current sites hosted on Netscape Application Server 2.1 to Netscape Application Server 4.0 (J2EE architecture) My Role: Senior iAS Architect at BellSouth.com, Atlanta to help BellSouth.com with their NAS 2.1 to NAS 4.0 (j2ee architecture) migration. Mentor BellSouth.com employees with their architecture (including framework, model sub-systems such as e-store, security and help with legacy integration). Used Rational Rose to model classes. My Role: Part of a six-member team that designed and developed the new ndb.com site using NAS 2.1. I have been involved throughout the life cycle of developing this new E-Commerce site, including phasing out the old ndb.com site, testing/debugging the new site, as well as versioning the new site. Developed intranet applications for change control management, office automation and others using ColdFusion Supervised: 0 Technology: Extensive use of Java/C++, Oracle 7.3.4 and ColdFusion. Allaire Corporation 07/99 - 10/99 Scope Of Engagement: Allaire has an application server called ColdFusion that aids in the rapid development of web applications. Allaire sponsors companies to develop custom ColdFusion tags to do a specific task (such as FTP, CyberCash processing, etc). They now wanted a tag that will help developers of ColdFusion use the Instabuy Technology from Cybercash. My Role: Designed and Developed a ColdFusion Tag for conducting InstaBuy (www.instabuy.com). Tag developed using Visual C++. Conduct function and load testing to test out the tag.
