Irvin Cobb

Native of Paducah. Newspaper reporter, war correspondent and featured writer; author of books, short stories, movie scripts and plays. Started career with local paper. Famed wit and humorist who paid tribute to the people of Kentucky in his writing and speeches. Buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Paducah, KY.
