MANTIS
There are two things to note about this presentation:
- I have assumed that the airfoil is constant throughout. This may not be true.
- The Mantis is designed to be flown with camber control. This configuration would only be used for flying in between thermals. During launch or as soon as a thermal is detected, the camber would normally be increased, which would completely change the situation.
