We'd heard a rumor that Jeffrey Scott Holland might be moving to Louisville before year's end. We didn't put much stock in the rumor because JSH has always held that city somewhat in disdain for reasons that have always been unclear.
And yet, we contacted him tonight and received verification that there is "a 90 percent probability" that he will be relocating to Jefferson County in November!

JSH has stepped down from his WRFL radio show, "The Late Late Show". The show will now be hosted mostly by J.Todd Dockery and Brian Manley, although JSH will occasionally still guest-host the show. "I've been too busy lately to have time for the show", JSH told us yesterday. "On any given day, I'm juggling the video store, the law office, painting, writing, paranormal research, five lovers, four bands, three secret lives, and a partridge in a pear tree. Some fat had to be trimmed, and the radio show seemed expendable."
JSH denied the rumor that WRFL's new high-tech studio had any bearing on his decision. Currently he spends most of his free time working on paintings for his upcoming art exhibit Desperate Telegrams on July 27.

Today's issue of the Lexington Herald-Leader has a small feature on JSH's Voodoo Video store in its arts section, praising it in what amounts to a glorified advertisement! Meanwhile, there was two thirds of a Hartman Band reunion today in the store when Shay Quillen popped in for a visit while in town.

Jeffrey Scott Holland has revived his "Late Late Show" radio program at Lexington's WRFL-FM, with his first new show having taken place last Sunday. The Late Late Show airs every Sunday night at midnight. The new show also has a new website, which includes playlists of each week's show and a chronological rundown of the show's history and its many twists and turns. We were pleased to see Retrovirus & Opportunistic Infection listed among the tunes JSH played. Hopefully other Creeps/Pusm bands will receive airplay in the weeks and months to come.
January 20, 2003 --

The store will be operated by Jeffrey Scott Holland and will specialize in all manner of outre video fare, including rare never-before-seen video footage of Creeps/Pusm bands and artists.
