I wouldn't so much call it a cure, but more of a solution for people not to get it (other than people with AIDS not having sex with anyone) What I propose is that we gather up every person who has AIDS, and put them into a little biodome in total seclusion from the rest of the world. I decided I'd show you a little diagram so you'd see what I mean:

Not only are we safe of ever getting AIDS, but the people with AIDS have the comfort of knowing that they can be in a place that accepts them as being part of the norm, as well as being able to have sex with someone else guilt free of giving someone AIDS. They might end up reproducing, but that's ok, because in a few years they'll all die from lack of a good immune system (Unless we make the biodome completely germ free, but that's impossible because they need proper ventilation). Once the last person with AIDS dies off, the world will be free of the AIDS virus. And it's all thanks to the dome. What are you people waiting for? Start building.
