I was warned not to hit this trail on such a hot day, but I couldn't resist. Even on the trail I met up with some people who recommended that I turn back. They were huffing and puffing and covered in sweat... at 10am. That made me a little concerned and I could just see myself passed out on the trail looking like Bear Grylls with Down syndrome. The trail is about 3.5 miles long which made it a 7 mile trip. The only thing that is really difficult about this trail is the trip back to the parking lot because it is uphill almost the entire way. Don't be fooled at the waterfall at the end... you can get behind it and see the walls of Jericho.

I almost turned around when I saw there weren't going to be any escalators.

If you cross this without using the hand rail, you're in my club

There is a small cemetary close to the walls. From here take the trail marked "W".

I can finally cool off and splash around.

You need to cross this to get to the walls... very slick.

I thought I 'd reached the end here, and was a little dismayed. With a little exploration you can get on top of these little falls and see the walls.

I bet this blasts water in the wet season... A good time to go back

The calmest lizard I've ever met. I was able to pet him and he didn't flee.
He had the coolest irredecent scales

Are these the walls, or is the surrounding area the walls... I dunno.

Either way, I'm going in!
