To those who want to believe in some other form of godliness other than Jesus, please consider the often-used example of the heart patient. Suppose your Doctor said "You have heart disease and must have bypass surgery to live." Would you reply "Well, just give me any Doctor, a pediatrician, or a podiatrist, maybe a general practitioner." Of course not! Just as we are narrow-minded about our bodies and want the finest care for them, we should likewise seek the finest "Spiritual" care. How about marriage would you say, "Any woman/man will do". Of course not! This teaches us that we need to very precise when dealing with serious matters.

Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ was very precise when he told us about salvation:
Matthew 7:13-14

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
