Who Killed JFK?

“It’s been also thirty years since John F. Kennedy was shot and killed in Dallas, and only 19‰ of all Americans believe the Warren Commission version of what happened. No wonder—the official story can not be true.

In this clear, readable book, prominent assassination researcher Carl Oglesby proves that JFK must have been killed by a conspiracy, not by a lone gunman. Even scarier, he shows that the US government has been—and still is—involved in covering up that conspiracy. In the last chapter, he discusses who might actually have pulled the trigger.

This brief but fact-filled book is the ideal introduction to the most famous crime of this century. You won’t be able to put it down.

Conspiracy of Silence

“I have wanted to shout to the world that the wounds to Kennedy’s head and throat that I examined were caused by bullets that struck him from the front, not the back, as the public had been led to believe …”

Speaking is Dr. Charles A. Crenshaw, the Dallas surgeon who fought to save JFK, and then shocking days later, Lee Harvey Oswald. Now he gives the testimony he was not allowed to give to the Warren Commission. He explains why he is sure that the President was the victim of a second assassin. He reveals the eerie telephone call to him from the newly sworn-in President, Lyndon Johnson.

He details the behavior of Jacqueline Kennedy at the hospital. he describes the strong-arm security forces that invaded the hospital and the virtual kidnapping of JFK’s corpse. He tells of the stifling of his and other doctors’ dissenting opinions. He does this and much more, in a book that buttresses his unimpeachable evidence with other indisputable facts—including fresh focus on the role of Jack Ruby—that at lest are shredding the greatest cover-up in U.S. history.

Was primary evidence used to support the lone gunman theory faked? Do these forgeries prove a massive conspiracy? If so, how was this done and who did it?

What part did manufactured evidence play in the cover-up? And what is the connection between the Warren Commission’s conclusions and other national tragedies of the 1960s and 70s?

In this second volume of his monumental study of President Kennedy’s assassination, Harrison Edward Livingstone takes his courageous investigation where no researcher has gone before. He answers these questions and others while offering astute analysis of the political and historical forces that mandated Kennedy’s murder.

High Treason was a national bestseller for three months. It was named “the most controversial book of the year.” High Treason 2 uses eyewitness accounts, direct testimony, and extensive interviews—all never before reported—take us a major step closer to solving the crime of the century.

In this new book, the co-author of High Treason presents graphic and disturbing evidence that demonstrates how the killing of JFK and the sabotage of the investigation that followed were linked. Livingstone makes clear that to fully understand who was behind the conspiracy and the cover-up, we must trace the disinformation campaigns, recover “lost” evidence, and connect “convenient” deaths with the vital interest of the Establishment.

High Treason 2 was written for those who want to know the truth, for people who believe in American democracy and the rule of law.

New material available for the first time in High Treason 2 With over 50 pages of illustrations, many in full color.

Case Closed

“At last the voice of sanity…a long-awaited, much needed antidote to the conspiracy theorists. Case Closed is brilliantly researched, utterly convincing and compelling. If you read only one book on the assassination, let it be this.” —David Wise

After thirty years, Case Closed finally succeeds where hundreds of other books and investigations have failed—it resolves the greatest murder mystery of our time, the assassination of JFK. Based upon explosive new interviews, secret files, and the latest scientific and computer enhancements of film and evidence, Case Closed not only uncovers where the Warren Commission erred but also demolishes the leading conspiracy theories, putting to rest once and for all speculation about involvement of the CIA, FBI, and the mafia, and the supposed links between Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby.

Case Closed answers all lingering questions about the assassination. Some of the book’s revelations include: the inside story of Oswald’s defection to Russia, told for the first time by the KGB agent who handled his case; new details about Oswald’s attempt to kill Army General Edwin Walker, and how he was shadowing Walker when Kennedy arrived in Dallas; and how the latest computer enhancements of the Zapruder film determine the number and precise timing of the shots fired in Dealey Plaza. As historian Stephen Ambrose has written, “Mr. Posner’s chapter on the single bullet is a tour de force, absolutely brilliant, absolutely convincing.”

At the heart of this mesmerizing reinvestigation of the case is the first in-depth portrait of Lee Harvey Oswald’s tortured life. Drawing on new and intimate interviews with Oswald’s wife and friends as well as startling details from his classified KGB file, Posner unmasks the enigma that is Oswald. No less fascinating is his profile of Jack Ruby, which includes the most complete presentation ever of his actions over the assassination weekend.

Case Closed cuts through three decades of misinformation and distortions by examining all the evidence to make sense of what really happened. This ground-breaking book presents an absorbing story that finally leads us back to the truth behind one of the nation’s most enduring and painful mysteries. Posner weaves a narrative that restores the human drama to one of the watershed events in American history, and in the process answers the riddle of how and why Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK.

“This book really does close the case. There can now be no doubt that Lee Harvey Oswald alone killed President Kennedy. Posner looks hard at all the evidence and, for the first time ever, presents an account of the Kennedy assassination devoid of speculation. His reporting meets the highest standards, and his logic is breathtaking. Case Closed is a great achievement in contemporary journalism.” —Fredric Dannen, author of Hit Men

Pictures of the Pain

his highly illustrated volume, including many photographs never before published, looks at the rich but unstudied photographic history of the President John F. Kennedy assassination. During a political trip to Texas in November 1963, the President was cut down by assassin bullets while riding in a noontime motorcade through downtown Dallas. At the killing scene in Dealey Plaza many people carried cameras and recorded, in various photographic formats and with differing equipment and skills, the last moments in the life of a United States Chief Executive. The photographers included professional photojournalists and rank amateurs, who captured on film in a form truer than any person‘s memory, relevant and dramatic slices of the reality of the scene.

This book examines the history of those films and photographs, including the famous Abraham Zapruder movie clip and dozens of others lesser known pictures. Revealed is the story of how these images were used, and sometimes abused, by the news media and governmental investigations as well as assassination critics who distrusted the government’s conclusions in the case. The beliefs of a number of researchers who have discovered assassins within some of these photo images is critically examined. The stories of several photographers who in more recent years claimed to be at the assassination scene and saw important proofs of conspiracy are also carefully studied.

A major contribution to the historical record is the author’s painstaking pursuit of photographer-witnesses who had not previously been questioned about their presence at the assassination. Included are several amateurs, two White House photographers, cameramen from NBC and CBS, and photographers from UPI, AP, and the Dallas and Fort Worth newspapers. Tho author also richly describes how the print and electronic media covered the “story of the century,” using the dramatic images of the events themselves.

In reading over the author’s narrative, many of these photographers and their families have given the author high marks for accuracy and readability. Among their comments: “A profoundly moving experience to read.” “Great job of research and reporting!” “I commend you for its depth and accuracy.” “I had he best cry I’ve had in years.”

This volume blends interviews, paper and photographic documentation into a narration of the photographers‘ backgrounds, activities, eyewitness accounts, and visual materials created. The reader will witness the assassination story from a multi-perspective view of how it was personally experienced by each photographer. The many strands of information are woven together to create a broad tapestry of truths and perspectives never before revealed concerning one of the most shocking events in 20th century history.

Case Open

No one knows more about the assassination of President Kennedy than Harold Weisberg, so said the FBI in open court. Harold Weisberg—a former OSS and Senate Investigator—wrote and published Whitewash in 1965, the first book criticizing the conclusion of the Warren Commission. Since then, he has written and published seven books on President Kennedy’s assassination.

Case Open is a book Mr. Weisberg felt compelled to write. He felt a need and determination to set the record straight. In proving that Gerald Posner, in Case Closed, has proven nothing, Mr. Weisberg has proven that President Kennedy was killed by a conspiracy.
At best, Gerald Posner has provided a case for the prosecution. Now it is time to present the case for Case Open. Let the American public decide who has presented the stronger case: Gerald Posner or Harold Weisberg.

We know vastly more about the killing of John F. Kennedy than was known 20 or 30 years ago, and new evidence is accumulating almost every day. This new evidence is being uncovered by the bold application of scientific and technological expertise to the assassination records, including the film, photographic, and autopsy records.

Murder in Dealey Plaza presents the latest and best of the new assassination research. As a result of these freshly uncovered findings, it is possible to say with moral certainty and considerable scientific authority that the murder of President Kennedy was committed by a meticulously executed conspiracy which was then obscured by an extensive cover-up.

“A rich and fresh collection of fascinating and darkly compelling revelations, demonstrating beyond any doubt the existence of conspiracy and cover-up behind the JFK assassination.”
—Michael Parenti, Author of History as Mystery and To Kill a Nation

“No jury would have convicted Lee Harvey Oswald in the face of the arguments set forth in this excellent volume. Murder in Dealey Plaza masterfully exposes the fallacies of the Warren Commission Report through objective, incontrovertible, medical, scientific, and investigative analyses of both old and new evidence. The conclusions are as solid as the credentials and research experience of the contributing authors. It is time that the truth in the JFK assassination be revealed and that United States history be rewritten.”
—Cyril H. Wecht, MD, JD, Coroner, Allegheny County; and Past President, American Academy of Forensic Sciences and American College of Legal Medicine

Murder in Dealey Plaza is a deeply disturbing book which documents the deceit and deception that marked the government’s handling of the evidence in the Kennedy assassination. the authors, all highly skilled professionals, describe the cover-up, from the falsification of the autopsy results to the alteration of the Zapruder film. Anyone who reads this work will be appalled by the systematic distortion of the truth—that JFK died as the result of a conspiracy—by certain officials of the U.S. government.”
—Michael L. Kurtz, Author of Crime of the Century: The Kennedy Assassination from a Historian’s Perspective

“Fetzer and his team of experts uncover so many smoking guns that it’s impossible not to spot the fire the Warren Commission and Gerald Posner have tried so hard to deny. A thought-provoking and disturbingly compelling sequel to Assassination Science.”
—Kerry Walters, Bittinger Professor of Philosophy, Gettysburg College

“Fetzer has assembled tense, suspenseful essays on our government’s perfidious efforts to conceal a conspiracy behind the assassination of President Kennedy. Two brains examined, photographs missing, x-rays altered, notes and reports burned, drawings fabricated. The account of JFK’s autopsy is more shocking than the story of Jekyll and Hyde.”
—Stewart Galanor, Author of Calculus: A Visual Approach and Cover-Up
