Evidence:

Season 01:

  • Tai constanly tries to impress her.
  • Whenever Tai asks a question, Sora usually answers first.
  • Sora is always worried about Tai.
  • When Tai and Matt are fighting, Sora always seems to take TAI's side, not Matt's.
  • Tai said he felt something when sora's crest started to glow. (I dunno maybe)
  • Sora alway's tries to stop Tai from doing something stupid (she doesn't often succeed, but she tries)
  • Tai cried over her when she was kinapped by Datamon AND he risked his life to save her!
  • Sora screamed for Tai when she was kidnapped and NOT Joe or anybody else.
  • When Joe climbed Infinity Mountain alone, Sora noticed he was gone by the note he had left in the sand and she only brought Tai up to rescue him, why not bring another Digimon who can fly like Izzy's digi Tentomon??
  • When Whamon swallowed the Digi-Destined and Digimon, Sora had her arms wrapped around Tai's waste.
  • Then when Sora saw he Black Gear in Whamon's stomach she said "Tai look up there!" All of the others were standing there too!
  • Sora was the only Digi-Destined who believed in Tai. She thought back to the soccer field when Tai was being a true teammate when it seemed like he wasn't.
  • When Tai was about to put himself in the danger of the evil Greymon to make his Greymon digivolve, Sora tried to stop him.  And when she found out exactly what he was going to do she said "Would he really do that?" in a worried expression.
  • Tai and Sora were the only ones awake and Tai convinced Sora that it was worth it to find her crest. Later, when Datamon kidnapped Sora and Biyomon, Tai felt it was his fault, and he even started crying.  Tai felt it was his responsibility to save Sora, and he was the one who did, and when she almost fell into Datamon's Dark Network pit, Tai grabbed her wrist to save her. Later, when Tai and MetalGreymon were sucked into the vortex, Sora shouted "Tai, come back!"
  • Tai was the most concerned about Sora and he tried to cheer her up after DemiDevimon told her that her crest would never glow. Tai believed that Love was the perfect crest for Sora. At the end, Tai said that when Sora's crest glowed, he felt something, and he theorized that it was Sora's love shining through.
  • When Garudamon and Mammothmon were battling, Tai held his arm over Sora to protect her from damage.
  • Tai was mostly dependant on Sora to take care of Kari while he was gone. There's also a Takari sign, as Tai wants TK to stay behind to watch after Kari too.
  • Here's Tai depending on Sora again. Now he's depending on Sora and TK to find Matt, Mimi, and Joe.
  • When Sora was surrounded by the cave of darkness, she kept muttering that she can't let Tai down.
  • Tai runs out to get Sora when she tries to save Biyomon. (Biyomon gets firepower)
  • Sora stood up for Tai when Koromon did his busniness in her cousins car.
  • When Biyomon destroyed Kiwimon, Matt screamed at Sora for what her Digimon had done then Tai protect Sora by making Matt calm down!
  • They stand together quite often (Images, ect.)
  • Sora and Biyomon were the first to leave camp and find Tai after he was sucked back to the real world.
  • In the hotel thing (house that Devimon built) when Mimi and Sora said goodnight to everybody Tai was the only person who answered her by saying "good night SORA".
  • In the second episode, Sora claimed booth 4 when they find the telephone booths, then after Tai decided that his mother was on crack, he walked all the way to Sora's booth to ask her if she had any luck!
  • Sora's opinion matters very much to Tai because whenever Sora makes fun of Tai's competence, Tai gets mad, when Matt insulted him, Tai didn't get mad.
  • When Cockatorimon steals Tai and Joe's crests (and make them bake in the sun) Sora rescues Tai's crest and Mimi gets Joe's ^_~
  • In the episode with the Bakemon stealing the kids, Sora mentions to Biyomon that she has to go to soccer practice because Tai will be there and they need to discuss their next plan of action.  Number one, the world is in danger why would you be going to practice SOCCER!!?? And second, Tai wasn't there -_-;;
  • In "Subzero Ice Punch", Tai is depressed about getting to the island that Matt is on because Frigimon is taking forever.  He asks Agumon why he can't fly like Birdramon (why didn't he ask him why he can't fly like Kabuterimon!?)

    Season 02:

  • Tai wanted to ask Sora out on a date but didn't have a chance before he found out about Sora liking Matt ::grumbles::
  • This one's a little weak: Tai and Sora spoke simultaneously when their old teacher came into the computer lab claiming that he was the new computer teacher "what do you know about using computers" ("Absolutely nothing") Then they both groan.
  • Even after Sora began going out with Matt she still thought of Tai "I better not tell Tai about this" is what she thought when Yolie and herself were having communication difficulties with the Russian siblings.
  • Tai and Sora investigate the Niroki situation alone (with Agumon) not Matt and Sora.
  • Tai still understood her and let her be with Matt ::sniff sniff::

    Movies:

  • At the end of the letter Tai sent to apologize to Sora, he accidentally (subconciously) wrote "Love, Tai" instead of "From, Tai". (and in the Japanese version it was an accidental heart)
  • He was distraught on putting "love" but then when the email couldn't send he got mad!
  • At the end, Sora received Tai's email and when she read the "Love, Tai" part, she got kind of emotional, though she said "Stupid Tai." In the Japanese version, she sent an email back containing a picture of her wearing the hairpin Tai got Sora for her birthday, which is what made Sora mad at Tai and made Tai have to apologize.
  • They were bickering over something as pointless as a hairpin.... Sounds like marraige to me! ;)
  • At the beginning of the third part, Kari says that Sora is still waiting for Tai to call.
  • Tai wanted Izzy to call Sora for him, but Izzy suggested for Tai to do it since he and Sora are "such good friends".  Is this insinuating that Izzy and Sora AREN'T good freinds compared to Tai and Sora?

    I'm not entirely sure these magazine bios are acurate but I do my best!
    Pojo's Card Collector World Digimon edition:

  • Sora's bio reads this: Sora's down-to-earth maturity contrasts with Tai's rambuncious love of adventure.  She's a tomboy whose first duty in the DigiWorld is keeping the other kids safe.  She's not always sure Tai can handle the situation...but who is? Back in the real world, she's an 11-year-old fifth-grader at Odaiba Elementrary and plays on the soccer team with Tai and Koushiro (the Izzy part isn't true).

    • Digimon vs. Pokemon:
  • Tai's bio reads this: Tai is the outgoing leader of the group.  Everyone else looks up to Tai and likes him a lot, especially Sora!
  • Sora's bio reads this: Sora is kind of like the "mother figure" of the Digidestines.  She looks out and cares for everyone, especially Tai.
