Donny: Also this is one of the reasons why I just love doing this show - we have the opportunity to have such talented people on the show. What a voice this lady has. her last CD, Evolution, went double platinum.(...) Martina McBride! And we're gonna get two songs out of her.

Donny: OK, you guys ready? Her last album, Evaolution, went double platinum. And looks like she's gonna do it again with this CD called Emotion.

Marie: And I'm a huge fan.

Donny: She's gonna sing "Love's The Only House." And it's great to have her here. There she is, Martina McBride!

Marie: It's so great to have you here.

Donny: That is fan... What a great song! What a great voice!

Marie: (...) you're gonna be a country lover. Oh, speaking of country, really quick, I talked to the guys in Dallas, it was K... it was a KSCS (...) and they said whatever I do, don't ask you the question about how you sold T-shirts for Garth Brooks.

Martina (laughing): Thank... God bless those guys! That was a great experience but it was eight years ago and I mean everybody always asks me what... So now I have to tell about it, right? (laughs)

Marie: Yeah.

Donny: So what happened?

Martina: Well I... Before, about a year before I got my record deal, I just moved to Nashville and my husband was the production manager for Garth. And I realized that, you know, I was sitting at home, for weeks at a time, I was waiting tables, I didn't really know anybody and I was missing my husband. So I said "Is there a job out there on the tour I can do? I mean I'll do it, you know. So a job opened up selling T-shirts so I went out and did that for about eight months.

Marie: So she's (...) for Garth.

Donny: That is amazing! that's how you started in the business.

Martina laughs.

Donny: That's great story.

Marie: Isn't it a great story?

Donny: Well, what a great song, what a great CD. It's called Emotion, by Martina McBride. And before you leave, after this commercial break, we gotta get you to sing the grammynated... (I loved when he said that... LOL - Ania) Grammy nominated song I Love You.
