Vacation in Vermont - 2007

Sometimes it rained a little (what a summer weather!), and in our last day, we braved the rain ( a slight drizzle, really), and rented 2 canoes to go to Lake Whitingham, a few minutes south of Wilmington, some less than 10 minutes down from the resort, spent the entire morning into early afternoon there and cooked barbecue. When we checked out of the hotel on the 7th day, only Daddy and Eric drove back to Canada, while me and the girls went back with Do and Sol in their van to New York. We stayed 3 nights there, where the girls on their 1st trip, walked around Times Square, into the Empire State Building and ground zero, and did a cruise to Liberty and Staten Islands. Going back to Canada, we took the Amtrak train up to Toronto. For them I think, it was an enjoyable and memorable summer.
