Quick Overnight Spell for Self-Confidence

By J'Karrah EbonDragon, 1998

This spell was also included in  The Salem Witches' Book of Love Spells.  Its purpose is to give a quick shot of confidence overnight for simple things such as test taking, a job interview, an important meeting, etc.  It was intended to be used as a "booster spell" for the Dragon Spell of Self Confidence for those times when you just want to be *sure.*

Needed Items:

1) One purple eye liner pencil

Before you go to bed, use the eyeliner pencil to draw the following runes either over your solar plexus chakra (right above your belly button), or over your "third eye" chakra (centered slightly above your eyebrows):

Gifu: to help restore the balance between one's mind and body

Sigel: to help build confidence on oneself and to increase stamina

Mannaz: to focus the thoughts and sharpen the mind

Stand in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eye while saying aloud:

I am strong, confident and capable.  When I wake in the morning, I will take charge of my life with joy and I will perform one action for no other purpose than to make myself happy.

When you wake in the morning wash off the eyeliner, confident that the power of the Runes has worked its magic for you.  Be sure to perform your one action with no thought as to whether or not it's "bad" for you (but, please... use common sense.  There is a difference between "bad for you" and dangerous or illegal)
