Summary: When Grace feels left out of Will's night out at the club with Jack, she and Val (last seen in "Grace, Replaced") spend a girls night in together, watching movies and talking about men. When Will returns, he finds the girls already making plans for the following night. After Val leaves, Will talks to Grace about her night, but points out that her music box is missing. Grace insists that Val did not steal it, but has her doubts.
Meanwhile, Jack returns to the penthouse and tells Karen about a guy he met at the club, Bill. He shows her a flyer Bill gave him. She reads it and informs Jack that Bill is the founder of a group called "Welcome Back Home", an organization designed to help gays and lesbians return to the straight life. Jack decides to take it into his own hands to change Bill's mind and convinces Karen to join him at a group meeting.
The next day, Grace is still convinced that Val is innocent, yet insists that she and Will check out Val's apartment for her missing music box, just to prove that it's not there. However, when they search the apartment, they soon find it just as Val enters.
Over at "Welcome Back Home", Jack and Karen pretend to be a married couple back on the "straight and narrow". Jack soon spots Bill and begins to work his magic on him while Karen bonds with the other reformed lesbians. Soon Bill is on to Jack's not-so-subtle hints and he demands that Jack and anyone else who came to the meeting just to meet people should leave. With that, everyone but Jack and Bill leave. Bill finally agrees to a "heterosexual" soap down by Jack.
Back at Val's, she tries to hide the fact that she stole from Grace, but to no avail. The two soon get into a cat fight, and when Will tries to intervine, he ends up getting kicked by Grace in the groin. Later that night as Will recuperates, he comments on how it was nice of Grace to forgive Val. Grace then reveals that she stole Val's watch, which turns out to be Will's.
