When Will confronts Jack about the show, Jack is, of course, unapologetic and Will refuses to ever tell Jack anything about his life again, causing Jack to storm out. Jack's next show bombs.
Will, on the other hand, approaches Jack backstage and gives him permission to use his private stories in the act. But on stage, Jack realizes what a true friend Will is and doesn't mention Will at all, except to say he's his friend.

Summary: Will and Grace are both faced with problems in this episode. Will's private personal life becomes the hit topic of Jack's new show, Jack2000, embarrassing him in front of everyone by telling personal stories. Meanwhile, Grace's efforts to break up with Ben prove fruitless, as he refuses to end it.
But on the way to the club, Karen manages to help both Will and Grace through their problems by showing Will how Jack's lackluster show is a result of being upset with Will and that Jack truly does value Will's friendship. She then shows Grace that she's really in love with Ben, but refuses to admit it. When they reach the club, Grace is excited to meet Ben, who promptly breaks up with her.
~I'm not sure, but I think the story about Jack getting sick of people coming up to him and saying "Just Jack!" is true in Sean Hayes' real life experience.
