Summary: Will and Grace decided to pose as a couple looking to buy a townhouse when they learn that actress Sandra Bernhard is selling hers. Jack enters on a scooter signed by Ricky Martin. He is currently in a bidding war with "Dr. Dangerous" for a pair of Britney Spears' shoes.

Will and Grace arrive at the townhouse and wait for the realtor to show them around. They are starstruck by the place, taking pictures of everything. Then the real Sandra Bernhard arrives and immediately knows that Will is gay. She is angry with the other couple, who had also just been looking at the house because it was Sandra's, so Will and Grace keep quiet about that. Will and Grace strike up a conversation with her and when they express interest in seeing the house at night, she invites them to a party.

Meanwhile, Jack and Rosario inform Karen that she has to attend Mason's swim meet, as no one else can. But when she fails to show up, Jack tells her that Mason believes Karen doesn't like him. Karen is surprised and shows up at the next one. Jack is pleased with her, but things quickly turn ugly from him when Dr. Dangerous bids a high bid on the shoes. When he realizes that "Dr. Dangerous" is a young girl sitting nearby, the two of them decide to take it outside.

While they're fighting, the meet ends and Karen tells Mason that, despite her absence and general attitude towards him, she does like him. The two embrace just as Jack enters, having lost the fight and the shoes. When he sees Karen, he asks her what she's doing and she tells him she's bonding with Mason. He informs her that the boy is not Mason and she shoves the kid back in the pool.

Over at Will and Grace's, Will reveals that he accidentally "bought" the townhouse when Sandra accepted his fake offer of $1 million. Grace tells Will that he has to come clean to Sandra about not buying the place. But Will isn't anxious to, as he and Grace have become such good friends with Sandra.

When they go over to her house, she is practicing some songs for a performance and soon has Will and Grace joining in, with Grace taking the lead. Sandra is impressed and invites both of them to her performance, promising Grace that she will pull her up onstage to sing. But Will keeps his promise to Grace and tells Sandra that they can't buy the house and the only reason they were even there was to see her home.

Sandra is, of couse, outraged, and curses at them before throwing them out. The two are humiliated and decide to never chase celebrities around again. Two seconds later, they enter the home of Uma and Ethan.
