Summary: Will is being tormented by a former childhood bully who used to make Will do his homework in grade school, and has continued his habit right to Will's office. He makes Will write up a contract for a meat company for him, and Will, not wanting to do it but to terrified to do stand up for himself, pretends to be sick and skips work.
Jack finally convinces Will to tell the beat the crap out of the bully, but at the last moment, Will panics and instead hands the bully his typed out contract. But Will's in for the last laugh as the boss of the meat company reads a contract full of insults at both the company and the bully.
Meanwhile, Grace is excited about Nathan's upcoming birthday, but more excited at the book she got him, a signed copy of "Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance". But just before Grace gives Nathan her big gift, Karen surprises both of them with an even bigger gift: a new motorcycle. Nathan is beyond thrilled and barely gives Grace's gift a second glance before roaring out of the office on his new bike.
Grace approaches Karen and warns her that she will kick her ass. Karen flees and returns the next day with a bodyguard. Grace tells Karen she's no longer mad because she just bought Nathan another gift: a new watch. Unfortunatly for Grace, Nathan hates watches and she finally tells him how upset she was the he didn't like her gift as much as Karen's. She tells him that all she can give him as a gift is to tell him "I love you". Nathan gets up and does his "happy dance", then tells Grace that that's the best gift he's ever recieved.
