Summary: Jack is exstatic to be a new salesboy at Barney's, but finds it hard to get along with his boss. That is, until he realizes that she has a thing for Will. Through a web of lies, Jack convinces his boss that Will wants to go out with her, and convinces Will that his boss is scouting for models and thinks Will would be perfect.

All seems to go well until Jack walks in on Will and his boss, just as they both realize that Jack set them up. Jack is not fired however, but given a much worse punishment: offering hand cream at Barney's.

Meanwhile, Grace and Nathan find out that, while Grace has had more partner than Nathan, Nathan has had more sex than Grace. After speaking with Karen, Grace worries that Nathan will lose interest in her and Nathan worries that Grace will think he's only interested in sex. The two get into a fight until Will points out that they listened to Karen, and he assures them that their relationship is fine.
