Summary: It's nearing Christmas time, and Jack's boss Dorleen is upset after her decorator cancels on decorating one of the store windows. Despite Grace's obvious desire to do so, Jack butts in and takes the job. With Karen's help, he manages to design a very raunchy display involving Karen as Santa's "ho-ho ho". Dorleen threatens to fire him if he doesn't change it in 24 hours. Devistated and worried about losing his job, Jack prays to Santa for help.

Meanwhile, Will reluctantly introduces his new beau Robert to Grace. Will is worried that Grace will make fun of Robert because he's a dancer, but Grace loves him. Still, Will chews her out for picking on Robert, and Grace suggests that maybe it's Will who has the problem with Robert, and is using Grace as an excuse. Sure enough, the next night Will breaks up with Robert.

Karen asks Grace to help Jack with his window display, but a hurt Grace declines. That is until she overhears Jack's Santa prayer and decides to answer it by secretly redoing the window.

Dorleen loves it and Jack is shocked by the new display. Grace arrives at the window to get thanks from Jack, but Jack is convinced that Santa did the design. Not wanting to crush her friend's spirit, Grace keeps quiet about what she did. Will later shows up and compliments Grace on her work.

Quotes
Following quote submitted by Sharon
KAREN:Grace, it's Christmas for goodness sake. Think about the baby Jesus, up in that tower, letting his hair down, so that the 3 wise men can climb up and spin the dreidle and see if there's 6 more weeks of winter.
GRACE: Where did you get that, from the bartender's Bible?

Did You Notice...
~This is the show's first holiday episode.
~Submitted by Jaci - In the last scene, whenever the camera is straight on Grace, Jack, or Will, it's snowing outside. However, whenever the camera is on them through the window, there isn't any snow falling.
