Summary: Karen needs a place to stay after getting kicked out of the hotel she was staying at, and a newly freed-up Will reluctantly agrees to take her in. However, this proves to be a bad idea, as Will finds Karen impossible to live with. After arriving home to find his apartment trashed, Will gets mad at Karen, and Karen decides she doesn't like living with Will.

Grace decides to patch things up between the two, but only makes things worse when she and Will start making fun of Karen, who disappears. Will, Grace and Rosario search the city, and are almost ready to give up when they find Karen sitting on a bench downtown. They apologize immediately for what they said, and Karen comments on how hard the divorce has been on her. They start to comfort her about losing Stan, only to discover that she wasn't talking about her divorce; she was refering to Will and Grace "divorcing" after Grace married Leo.

A little suprised, Will and Grace try to cheer Karen up, assuring her that no matter what happens she'll still be a part of their lives, and they'll still be a family. This pleases Karen and after a call from Will, Karen gets her spot back at the hotel.

Meanwhile, Will is also dealing with a panicked Jack, who insists that one of the members of his acting class has sent the gay mafia after Jack after after he told the man to make out with him for class. Will brushes this off as paranoia, but Jack is terrified that something will happen, and ends up apologizing to the man and letting him back in the class without having to make out. At a restaurant that night, Will tries in vain to convince Jack that there is no gay mafia, but Jack believes all the same and rushes off.

As Will scoffs at the "gay mafia" idea, a waiter "accidently" spills a drink on Will. Will is then shocked to find Elton John sitting behind him. Elton, apparently the head of the gay mafia, assures Will that there is a gay mafia, and that he shouldn't get on their bad side.
