Staff Positions

Want to join the staff of Soulmates? Think you can help contribute to the site? Below are the available staff positions on this site, including what your job will be and how many openings are avaible (titles with a strike-through are taken):

Episode Guide (3) - This job requires that you write the summary for all un-written episodes, include credits, quotes, and did you notice?. The summary must be well written and at six paragraphs long. You can be funny in the summary.
Jack & Karen Facts (1) - The facts page needs to be updated; I may even change "Facts" to "Bios". You must be willing to check all your facts, not just for the current season, but all seasons. It would be really awesome if you'd be willing to write a bio for them.
Error Checker (1) - This job may seem simple, but it's not. You must go through the website and check everything, most importantly the pictures, keepers and the links, to make sure all are linked correctly. You must also look for spelling errors.
News (1) - Keeping up-to-date with the news is harder than it looks. I get most of my news from e-mails and message boards, but there's always something I miss. With this job, you are required to look not just on Yahoo!news, but in magazines, on entertainment shows and other things like that. So if you're a frequent reader of People or Entertainment Weekly, and/or like watching shows like "Entertainment Tonight", this job's for you!

All jobs require that you be:
Reliable - I don't require that you sit by the computer waiting for my e-mail; but if you check your e-mail once a month or are without a computer a lot, you should not apply for this job.
Hard working - I'm not a hard-ass, but I may ask you to do or redo something for me; nothing major, but you should be willing to do this. For example, if you have the Episode job and you submit a summary that's too short, you will need to redo it. If that's not for you, don't apply.
Good at spelling & grammer - This is simple; I hate having to edit things for my website. if yOu rite LIKE THIS, the job is not for you.
A good fact-checker - Again, this is pretty simple; don't submit stuff like "Karen's last name is Johnson" or "Jack is straight" unless you have concrete proof of it.

If you want to apply for a job, e-mail me with which job you want. If selected, you will recieve your own personal Bio page, complete with your own pictures and a link to your website (if you have one).
