Here is the house we bought in December 2001
It is a tri-level with basement the Spruce model from Pulte homes. It has AC, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, living room, family room, and a nice view of Pike's peak.
Storm over Pikes Peak, view from back of house.
88 Square feet patio I installed.
35 ft patio walkway.
Retaining wall with concrete sidewalk I poured myself.
This project made it much nicer to walk around the home. Was previously just sloping rock.
That's all for now. I finished hauling in over 13 tons of river rock and 800sf of sod in the back yard. I also planted 4 trees in the back yard. I already finished dry-walling, insulating, and taping the rest of the garage. Need to finish it off and build a work bench and storage shelves. Also need to finish the basement and build a deck in back and arbor over the patio.
Pike's Peak looks a little cloudy due to wildfires. This is the view from our kitchen/dining room.
Our front porch bench and table my parents gave us.
Our backyard ready for barbeques.
Just need the deck between patio and walkway in picture below.
