A Season For Love

In this beautiful afternoon of May, Emily was celebrating her 18 anniversary, everyone was present there except for Ilse which had not arrived yet, our small Emily had become an adult, she was beautiful and iher eyes sparkled of joy.Her hair were not vulgarly braid as it had been fact last all her childhood not, they were marvelously raised, and this gave her a look of queen. Perry was equipped with most carefully but of then the annouce of engagement between Teddy and Emily, this one had kept an air melancholic person, When it observed émily his glance become canary but at once its diverted face and observing corner of the eye teddy and émily which was unit its glance became again the same one, a percant glance as if it were lost in his own thought. Teddy was very handsome, it covered a beautiful costume, it did not have eyes for any other, Emily was the love of its life since the moment that his eyes had crossed hers. Even Rodha was there, but this one had been faithful to itself, she had put her most beautiful dress.
The month precediing the anniversary of Emily, Ilse have surprised a discussion between Rodha and Jenny, this one say that it be really ine love with Perry, on the blow Ilse believe nothing but more it listen more she realize that it was indeed true, Rodha, the girl which since its prime earliest youth have so much scorn Perry finished to fall in love with him.Ilse didn't say nothing to someone not even to Emily.
Ilse arrived at New Moon and she hug Emily. She said that she was sorry if she arrived late, everyone had its glance fixed on her. The eyes of Perry which had been sad and melancholic for one week, suddently change, in his eyes we were able to see sparkles. One second ago, his eyes which reflected the sorrow, the pain now his eyes were filled of joy! All our friends were there . Ilse was beaming, she wore a beautiful blue dress, just like her eyes, her hair had gone up by a crown of wild flowers and of light fair loops framed her face. All our friends of childhood were finally together! And by this beautiful day one would say that nothing could separated them. But it did no one know that a terrible misfortune was going to fall down on them. When Ilse saw Rodha at the celebration,Ilse conclude that she came here to show herself in front of Perry! Ilse said to herslef "Ilse Burnley! Are you jealous of Miss I know everything, Rodha?! No I cannot be jealous of her, that's impossible!" AFter all I can be in love with Perry if I want, but wait a minute I cannot be in love with him, he is like a brother to me, but I like him, I miss him a lot when I was at Montreal...Ilse seams to be lost in her thought when Perry came and sit next to her, for Perry seing Ilse was the best thing that happen to him since a bit of time, because when Emily and Teddy say that they were going to get marry, Perry was sad, he was sad since that moment. He smiled at her and give to her a little daisy, this daisy for Ilse was the best gift that she ever receive, it prove to her that Perry have some feelings toward her.
After that, Jimmy had the idea of a special dance only for our four friends, Emily say that it was a brillant idea and Rodha was so jealous of Ilse. Ilse was still at the table but Perry was in the house so he didn't understand a word that Jimmy said, when he walk outside the house Rodha run to talk to him, and she whisper "Would you like to dance with me?" Perry never heard Rodha speaking like that and he was unable to say no "Ok" he replied. But he regret it one sacond after he said it, he regret it more when he saw Ilse eyes, he never say Ilse eyes like that not even when she was mad at him. But he regret it more and more when Jimmy start to talk in front of everyone, Jimmy didn't realize that Perry was dancing with Rodha "I want to give that dance to our four friends, and I hope that you will like that dance, i wish that you will always be together" Rodha has a evil smile, she finally succeed. Right after the dance was finished Perry wasn't able to find Ilse, he went to the table and saw on the chair that Ilse was sit on a few minute ago, the little daisy that he give to her a few minute ago.
Ilse was talking with Emily and Teddy. Perry realize what he just do, so he decide to go and talk to Ilse.
"Ilse I didn't know.." he said
"Rodha seams to be very happy in your arms you know" she said
"Maybe she was, but not me, I would be happy if it was you who were in my harms" he said
"Are you trying to ask me to dance Perry Miller" she asked
"That's great to be called Perry Miller again, you know that you are the only one who called me like that, I miss you Ilse when you weren't there, would you like to dance with me?" he asked
"I'd love to" she said smiling
Emily say Ilse and Perry and she was so happy that Perry finally find love
When they dance Perry look in Ilse eyes, like if it was the last time that he would see her, and then he whisper to her "Would you like to stay with me forever"he asked
"Yes, I thought that you would never asked" she replied
Perry take the daisy and he said"You forget something on the chair..."
She smiled back, his lips thouch hers, and she hug him
This stupid act, like Rodha said surpise a lot of person.
Ilse decided to get marry on June 21
Ilse went for the last time, before the engagement of the marriage, the place that fascinated her since the beginning of her childhood.She was in front of the shore, on the beach. The sea was held in front of her and it attended splendid to lay down sun. She was inside a dream! But to enter at once to the house she put her two feet in reality. Tomorrow was the most significant day of her life, she was going to marry Perry.She saw Perry in the house, this handsome boy, with brown hair and blue eyes had always fascinated her and tomorrow he was going to get marry with him, she knew, that he once loved somebody else, Emily, his dear Emilie, this one, which however was still his friend, had broken his heart.Emily was beautiful, her brown hair and her brown eyes, she was the opposite of Ilse which had fair hair and blue eyes. But inside these 2 bosom friends were identical. Perry always loved Emily but this one had decided to marry Teddy. Ilse believed that this love was finished until she heard a conversation between Perry and Teddy. According to this conversation Perry said that he always loved Emily and that he still like her. Ilse refused to believe in it and went to her bedroom beofre the guys finished to talk.When she enter in her bedroom, she start crying. She took her diary and wrote this:
May 21, 1912
Dear Journal, I don’t know what to thin anymore. I believe that I am on the point to make the worst silly thing or the best blow of all my life. I believe that you know what I speak! And yes tomorrow your small Ilse which you know everything that happen in her life will get married. I hope that the night will help me to see more clearly.

She closed again her diary and thinks that tomorrow all would be better. She lay down in her bed and will cry all the tears of her body. She woke up while dropping and a large sigh. She did not know what this sigh wanted to say. She rose and remembered that the day before this one had fallen asleep in sobs. Today it was her marriage. She let come out another sigh. The great day had arrived at once the raised sun that all houseold had already start to work.
Ilse did not see time spent, the clock of the kitchen sounded midday. The ceremony was at one hour... She would have liked so much that the clock ceases, that time stop. The ceremony was about to begin, Ilse made a triomphal input but this one seams to be thinking, her heart said to her to marry him but after what she heard yesterday her head said to didn’t marry him. It descended the alley and made broad she smiled to Emily who was with Teddy. She looked at Perry in the eyes and this one diverted it glance to observe Emily. She arrived close to him, looked it in the eyes and says to him, while letting run a tear on her cheek: I cannot become your wife, she returned the back to him and this one took its mainet says to him - Ilse why do you do that? She was turned over and says this to him: - I cannot marry somebody who does not like me - But I love you, why did you think that I don’t love you You don’t like me you just think that you do, you know that I love you and you think that maybe if we are together for a long time you will be able to love me and to forget Emily. She had said it, finally everyone know….. I am sorry I love you of all my heart, but I do know that it is not reciprocal. These blue eyes which were so semi-sparkling yesterday, today were embedded tears. It was turned over towards the people who were there, and Ilse
- I am sorry, I want to say sorry to all our friends, all our family and to all the people who came today..
I’m sorry if I ruined your day, she left while running in the alley. She was in the middle of the alley, and Perry run behind her.
"Ilse, please wait"
No one was talking in the whole church, every one was looking at them. I
He took her hand and he puts it on his heart and says to her: Listen my heart, it beats, it beats for you and I have the impression that if you leaves me that my heart will have no reason to beat because you are my reason of living
-I heard you yesterday, you said that you always lovedEmily.You said that you were intended one for the other! Is not this true?

- I loved Emily, I will still like her, and I will like her all my life but listen to me Ilse it took his hands and framed its face and known as - I fall in love with you Ilse Burnley, it’s just that I was to stupid to realize it sooner. But you should wait before leaving, because you didn’t heard what I said about you to Teddy Because I came to the conclusion that I love you.
Perry ceases telling you History
.I wish you to meet somebody that you will like how the person is and not how the person should be.
The eyes wet, she left the church. Perry sat in the alley
.Emily and Teddy saw it and they asked him:
But how with you been able to do that to Ilse?Perry how?
He looked at Emily and says to him: - I love you Emily, I always loved you and I will always love you. Ilse was in the gantry of the church she understood all the things that Perry say.She advanced towards him and says to him
- I dare you, how could you lie to me like that, you do not like to me you never liked me. You were use me because you were able to remained close to Emily.
- Ilse!No! Don’t go. Ilse I love you, please do not break my heart more than it is it already, marry me and you will make me thes happiest man in the world!Please don’t go, don’t leave me alone.
"Ilse"!
Ilse left the church while crying... She went to take refuge on the hill and looked at the sky, she pitch her bunch of flower, that was a really beautiful bouquet all made with daisy.She saw her bouquet which was now in the sea.
This day was supposed to link them for eternity But this one the separate them Without people not being able to cure it Ilse became a brilliant actress and Perry became a brilliant lawyer. Neither one of the never get married and their roads never crossed gain during their life. It is told that even still today the bouquet of Ilse is still floating on the surface of the sea to search for the perfect love that, still today, no one succeed in finding it.
**Love is not perfect, therefore don’t ask too much question to yourself when you’re in love, are benefitted from the moment present without you trouble about the past or the future because this love could be the love of your life, perhaps your last chance…
