BISCUIT DOUGH PIZZA
Ingredients
Dough
250ml~flour
7ml~baking powder
2ml~salt
30ml~shortening
80ml~milk
Topping
80ml~tomato sauce
1ml~cinnamon
100ml~grated mozzarella cheese1
15ml~parmesan cheese
25ml~mushroom (optional)
25ml~chopped onions (optional)
25ml~chopped green pepper (optional)
Instuctions
1. Preheat oven to 424*F and grease pie plate
2. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder into medium bowl
3. Cut in shortening to flour mixture with pastry blender until size of small peas
4. Stir in milk gradually with a fork
5. knead dough 8 to 10 times
6. Roll until about 0.5cm thick
7. Add oregano and other spiced to tomato sauce and organize other toppings
8. Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough and arrange all topings and spread with cheese
9. Bake for about 15 minutes or until underpart of crust is golden
