CINNAMON PINWHEELS


Ingredients
Dough 300ml~flour
8ml~baking powder
1ml~salt
40ml~shortening
100ml~milk
Topping 45ml~brown sugar
3ml~cinnamon
25ml~raisins(optional)
25ml~soft margarine


Instuctions
1. Preheat oven to 400*F and Grease muffin tin.
2. Sift flour together with other dry ingredients
3. Cut in shortening to flour mixture with pastry blender until size of small peas
4. Stir in milk gradually with a fork
5. knead dough 6 to 8 times
6. Roll until about 0.5cm thick
7. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar into a custard cup 8. Spread margarine on dough and sprinkle with sugar mixture
9. Roll up dough from long-side with hands and pinch dough along sides.
10. Cut into 2cm pieces and put into muffin tin
11. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
