ROLLED OATS COOKIES


Ingredients
60ml~margarine
1~egg
60ml~packed brown sugar
1ml~vanilla
30ml~liquid honey
125ml~flour
250ml~rolled oats
1ml~baking soda
0.5ml~salt
1ml~cinnamon
50ml~raisins (or chocolate chips)

Instuctions
1. Preheat oven to 350*F and grease cookie sheet
2. In large bowl cream margarine until fluffy.
3. Add brown sugar and cream well.
4. Add honey, egg and vanilla and beat well
5. In separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and rolled oats and mix well
6. Add dry ingredients gradually to mixture and mix well
7. Add raisins (or chocolate chips) and mix
8. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet
9. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes
