SOUR CREAM CAKE
Ingredients
Dough
250ml~sour cream
5ml~baking soda
150ml~soft butter
250ml~white sugar
2~eggs
5ml~vanilla
375ml~flour
10ml~baking powder
10ml~baking powder
Topping
5ml~ground cinnamon
60ml~brown sugar
30ml~crushed nuts
Instuctions
1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. Add soft butter and sugar and cream well.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well.
4. add sour cream and baking soda and blend well
5. Add flour and baking powder to complete dough
6. In another bowl, blend cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts together to make toppings
7. Put half the dough into cooking pan
8. Spread toppings on top of dough evenly
9. Add on the other half of dough
10. Bake for 35 minutes
