Links Title Graphic

This page is still in the process of being updated. Please bear with me as I try to condense all the places I really like to a more managable list.

Anime: Fanfics, fanart, and everything else I can find on the subject. (21 links and counting)
  1. Aestheticism: A great place to find both shounen ai and yaoi sites, stories, and manga. Their articles on Japanese culture are good too. Requires a login ID and password to enter some parts of the site.

  2. Enjou Issui: A site dedicated to stories and fanart about Tasuki and Chichiri pairings. They have a link to my FY page, and I got hits from it. Hence, I link back.

  3. The Fanfiction of Rose Argent: A Gundam Wing and Yu Yu Hakusho site with some great fanfiction. Mostly yaoi, but all are well written.

  4. Firedancer's Universe of Chaos... and Fanfiction, too!: An excellent site with some great Gundam Wing yaoi fanfiction, as well as other series. I am so glad that I found this site again. Link down. In the process of being moved.

  5. Fushigi Yuugi.com: A great place to find out all you wanted to know (and more) about Fushigi Yuugi.

  6. Genkiland: Formerly The Almighty Chicken of Doom page. Kristi and Priya's new page. FY, Sorcerer Stabber Orphan, Kenshin, and more.

  7. Gongaga: A very nice, well layed out archive. Mostly FF4, FF6, and FF7 stuff though it does offer a wide variety of other series. Archives "One of those Days" on the site, under the Gift Novel link.

  8. Home for the Fanfic Mailing List: The FFML. I use to be on this, but the sheer number of messages were beginning to clog up my inbox. However, you don't have to be on it to send a fanfic to the list.

  9. MAML:A really big listing of anime links. Warning, some of them are outdated.Updated about once every couple of months.

  10. Mnekov's Fushigi Madness: A nice site, with an easy to follow layout. And one of these days I will remember Mnekov as something other than "Nuriko Braid Girl."

  11. Nanashi: Gundam Wing Fan Fiction Contest: A fan fiction contest for the Gundam Wing fandom. I won in "Best Alternate Universe" one year, but for some reason my entry didn't make it in for this year. A good place to find some great GW fanfics.

  12. Original Anime Fanfiction Guide: Links to stories that are not based on any particular series but have strong anime influence.

  13. Queen of Swords Webpage: Poor Queen of Swords. Bad luck her having the domain name which winds up being the name of a new show (which is really bad I might add, the show that is). Various anime fanfics on her site.

  14. Purple Pudding Productions: Ryuuen No Miko's page. I find this page to be a little slow loading, but her fanart and pictures make it worth the wait.

  15. Ritz's Fushigi Yuugi HQ: Another nice site about Fushigi Yuugi. Can you tell what I was obsessed about for awhile?

  16. Rui's Anime Fan Fiction Link List From Hell:You would not beleive the amount of stuff you can find using this page.

  17. Seishi-ai: A Fushigi Yuugi yaoi site that is hosting "One of Those Days" and is looking for other FY yaoi fics to archive. I think. Very nice layout, pretty graphics, and a wonderful (and patient) webmistress.

  18. Shrine to the Unwanted Suzaku Seishi: I really like her "All I need to know in life I learned from FY" page.

  19. Slayers... Reflect, Chaos, Rebirth: A very good series of fanfics which pick up where the series left off. Wonderful reading if you can afford to lose several days (it's very long and very addictive).

  20. Temple East of Insanity: The writing and drawing of Utopian Trunks (and friends). Weiss Kreuz, Yu Yu Hakusho, Gundam Wing, and original stuff. Home of the ever popular "Harlequin" series (in the YYH section).

  21. White Cat's World: I've long been a fan of White Cat's YYH and GW fanfiction. She's moved her page and added more. My friends tell me her Digimon stuff is good also. Fanfiction and fanart.

Fantasy: Here you'll find links to image galleries, info. pages, stories, and museums. (10 links)
  1. Dragons in Ancient China: Dragons of ancient Chine in art, architecture, paintings, and culture. Links to some beautiful pictures and fascinating reading on the web.

  2. Encyclopedia Mythica: Worlds myths, folklore, and heros. Includes a bestiary as well. A great resource for trying to look up obscure references.

  3. Fantasy Art of Elfwood: One of the greatest collection of fantasy art around. Non-profit and well done. My own gallery can be found here at Susan Lee Gidley's Gallery

  4. Gryphons, Griffins,Griffons!: Great page for gryphon pictures, history, and their use and symbolism in literature.

  5. Here be Dragons: Pictures, anatomy, stores, artwork, history, and more on those creatures we call dragons.

  6. The Kitsune Page: A great page about those Japanese fox spirits, the kitsune. Also includes legends of fox spirits from various other cultures.

  7. Mystical Creatures: This has alot of information on the creatures of myth and legend. The moving gifs on the front page may get on your nerves after awhile.

  8. Neysa's Unicorn Picture Page: More unicorn pictures. Broken up into several sections. Please respect her wishes and do not take the pictures she's collected from her page.

  9. The Unicorn's Home: Unicorn pictures. Many unicorn pictures. Very graphic intensive and takes some time to load.

  10. World Mythology: Myth by Culture: An interesting place that talks about world myths using different items from that culture.

Geology: Rocks, minerals, gemstones, dinosaur, and other geologic pages.
    1. Geology Club: This is to prove I do stuff other than sit at the computer. I'm in the Geology Club at NC State, and I maintain the page. Now don't you want to go and visit (nudge, nudge)?

    4. Modern Japanese Names for the Constellations: Random boredness led me to discover this fairly interesting page

    5. Laziness.com: Don't know where I got this URL from. Visit the humor section. It's worth it.

    6. College-in-a-Can: Yes, this is an actual site. Yes, I have visited it.
