IMDB reports Angelina and Billy Bob Thornton are
planning to adopt a Cambodian sister for their new baby son Maddox. US Weekly
reports Angelina now "wants to adopt three more kids" according to a
source, who adds she wants children "from three different countries where
there are refugees."

2002 Angie and Billy will have to wait to
show their new bundle of joy to their Hollywood friends. The child, a
Cambodian-born infant the couple named Maddox, is technically not allowed in the
United States. The U.S. ambassador to Cambodia, Kent Wiedemann, said Wednesday
that the reason Maddox, who has a Cambodian passport, has not been granted a
U.S. visa is due to strict federal regulations. Beginning in December, the
government barred adoptions from Cambodia because of the country's
notorious--and illegal--adoption trade, in which peniless mothers received large
sums of money to give their newborns to orphanages, where typically wealthy
American families would adopt them.

Jon Voight says the actress - who is married to Billy Bob Thornton - adopted the child in Cambodia on Sunday. Voight says that Jolie is in Africa at the moment and that he doesn't yet know the baby's name or age. Speaking in Los Angeles, Voight said: "Angelina just got a baby yesterday - a Cambodian baby boy. So I'm a grandpa. "I don't know much about it but I would be willing to go over and babysit." Voight spoke about his daughter's news as he attended the annual Oscar nominees lunch at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel.

February 2002 reports in the star state that Angelina is so set on having a baby this year that she's ready to consult a fertility expert if necessary and it seems that her and Billy have called off their plans to adopt.

Angelina seemed to have a good time, It was reported Angelina & Billy Bob Thornton threw a party at their L.A. mansion but guests grew concerned when Angelina went missing, when she came back an hour later she was laughing hysterically with blood on her hands. Angie had managed to lock herself in the bathroom and had to break out a window and climb out.

December 2001 I was very impressed this year when I received an Angelina calendar as one of my Christmas presents! I had looked everywhere for one and all I seemed to find was calendars for Brittany Spears and Buffy the Vampire! all I can say is its great to wake up in the morning an see Angelina smiling down at me ( I wish!!)

November 2001 Angie had better watch her back as Halle Berry's revealed that she has a crush on her husband. The X-Men star was shooting Monster's Ball opposite Billy Bob Thornton when she developed a soft spot for the Armageddon star. "I didn't get it at first but the minute I met him, it's a thing. What makes it so powerful is you can't describe it," Berry admitted, continuing "It's not the way he looks or speaks or what he knows or doesn't know, it's just something about him that most women will find sexy. It's not about being physically gorgeous, it comes from another place." Monster's Ball should hit our screens sometime next year.

November 2001 Angelina is back in Cambodia, visiting as goodwill ambassador for the United Nations refugees agency. Angie & Billy Bob Thornton arrived on Wednesday for a week-long visit to Cambodia which will take them to U.N. projects with returned refugees on the Thai-Cambodia border. "I just love this country so much," Angie told Reuters before boarding a plane for northern Siem Reap province, where scenes for "Tomb Raider" were shot last year at the jungle clad 9-13th century Angkor Wat temples. "We want to just help preserve the traditions and culture and be a part of helping Cambodia rebuild itself," Angelina said.
