The Parish is centred at Mildura, and stretches west to the South Australian border, and south to Hattah (where the Murray River turns from flowing west to going north).
Margaret, Queen of Scotland and patron saint St Margaret's, Mildura in the Anglican Parish of Northern Mallee.
This is our oldest church, built in 1902 (and under difficulties because the River Murray was low, and the rail link was still being planned) and then extended as finance came available.
Our Saint, Margaret, was Queen of Scotland, died on 16 Nov 1093, a few days after the death of her husband, King Malcolm III at Alnwick in Northumberland.

Child and parentsThe first rule - get details of your parents birth certificates, then trace their parents. (Photo shows me with my parents).
I have written up the Australian end of over 1200 migrations in the Family history pages. In some cases the family roots have been found in their homelands.
My records stop at 1920, unless the person is dead (and I have connected the details)
