The hotel and catering industry is a very dynamic sector which is constantly changing and therefore requires every professional to be truly adaptable, whatever his/her profile. With the development and the internationalisation of the industry, it became essential to match European training programmes with market needs.
This is why, in 1988, 20 Hotel and Catering schools decided to create EURHODIP (European Hotel Diploma) with the purpose of helping European hotel schools to bring a European dimension in the contents of their training programmes
Today, Eurhodip offers member schools: Seminars for teachers, held in any one particular member Hotel school, and gathering teachers from several European countries specialized in the same subject, so as to enable them to exchange experiences and to harmonize educational contents and teaching methods.
Eurhodip teaching manuals for helping students to acquire European knowledge in cooking, Food & Beverage, culture, marketing, human resources, economy and law. Eurhodip Annual Conference organized in a different European country every year, where teachers and professionals can exchange ideas and experiences on European education. Eurhodip Diplomas enabling students to hold a European diploma assessing their knowledge of European culture and languages, as well as their professional experience in Europe. They are a real passport to a job in Europe. |
