SEC. 50001. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) CLEAN COAL POWER INITIATIVE- Except as provided in subsection (b), there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the activities authorized by this division $200,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2004 through 2012, to remain available until expended.
