UPN Network upset with WWF and Sable going seperate ways . . (Posted by Ray Kim on June 19, 1999 at exactlly 13:02:03 Eastern) * The UPN network is unhappy with the fact that the World Wrestling Federation and Sable (Rene Mero) have gone their own seperate ways. The original idea planned for the UPN network was to have Sable guest-star in some of their other shows to help draw in bigger all-around ratings. Apparently, Sable was a huge reason on why UPN signed a deal with the World Wrestling Federation to host their newest show, Thursday Smackdown!
