Kyo sat on the edge of the stage after the concert. Though the others were gone he had stayed after, watching as the tech people and roadies loaded up the place. Finally the last person had left and he was left alone in the silent building. The small vocalist thought back to the months before the tour had began.

/////Start Flashback//////

Kyo had walked into a night club and sat down, he enjoyed watching the newer bands perform, and he could do it without anyone knowing he was there. The clubs were dark and no one could make out another person unless they were only about two inches apart. Kyo smiled as a pretty boy and three other men, who Kyo couldn't really see, walked out on stage, he introduced the band as Due' le quartz. Kyo watched as he stepped back and picked up a guitar. The band began to play and Kyo kept his eye's fixed on the guitarist, he didn't even listen to the music beyond what the boy was playing. With a small smile he stood and walked out of the club, around to the back and into the back of the club, since he knew the manager of this particular one it wasn't that hard to get in. He sat in the bands dressing room with his glasses on and head bent. *I love seeing their faces when they realize who I am....so....cute.* Kyo involuntarily shivered at the ‘c' word. The band came clattering down the hall and opened the door, stopping short when they noticed the figure in the chair.

"Hey, man, you shouldn't be back here...." One of them said.

"I just wanted to congratulate you, very nice performance. I enjoyed it. Though you're singing was a half second off from the beat. Not noticeable really but it will be to producers...and record labels." Kyo said, speaking softly, before standing up and bowing politely. "Forgive me, I didn't introduce myself. My names Kyo, very nice to meet you." Kyo reached up and took of his sun glasses, taking in the reaction of only the beautiful guitarist, whose face went under three slow changes. First came the recognition, then came the surprise and finally when he realized that Kyo was looking at him a blush spread across his face. Kyo smiled and noticed for the first time how much this boy resembled Toshiya. *Pretty*

"Oh my god, you're the vocalist of-" one started

"Yes, I am. I'm in a hurry and must leave...." Kyo smiled slightly and turned writing his name and number down on a napkin turning back around he smiled again. "What's you're name?" He asked the guitarist.

"Miyabi." Miyabi replied and Kyo pushed a hand through his own hair.

"Well, Miyabi, if you swing that way, give me a call." Kyo purred out pushing the napkin into the startled boys hand before winking and pushing past the others, walking out of the club and going home.

Thinking back Kyo blushed at how bold he had been, never having been so brash with another man he felt almost giddy that Miyabi had indeed called him the next day.

"Moshi moshi? Whoever this is you better have a damn good reason to be calling me at...um...what time is it?" Kyo rubbed his eyes and rolled over with a groan.

"It's almost five in the afternoon." A voice replied. Kyo froze and blinked before dropping the phone on the floor, swearing loudly and scrambling to pick it up.

"Hello? Hello? You there?" Kyo heard the faint sounds of giggling and smiled in spite of himself.

"Yes, I'm still here, what happened?"

"When I realized who it was I kinda dropped the phone...."

"Oh, I'm flattered..."

"You should be. Is it really five?"

"Yeah."

"Damn to early to be up....." Kyo replied with a sigh.

"Well I can call later tonight...

"No. That's alright....so what's up?"

"You want to go out tonight?"

"Where?"

"Bar?"

".....don't really drink."

"Oh, well there's and nice coffee shop down the street from where I am....maybe there?"

"Where are you?" Miyabi read the address and Kyo blinked.

"Are you stalking me?"

"Huh? No. I'm calling from my mobile, but since it's raining I'm in the lobby of a hotel."

"Oh, well stay right where you are for about five minutes, I have to put the phone down and get dressed okay?'

"Um.....Sure." Kyo hung up the phone quietly, pulled some pants, a shirt and some shoes on before running down the stairs and out the door of his apartment building, he ran across the street and saw Miyabi standing with his back to the door phone to his ear. Sneaking in silently Kyo walked up behind the other man and grabbed his sides, Miyabi jumped and turned, staring wide eyed at Kyo. He hung up his phone slowly.

"How?"

"I live across the street. Come now, could I interest you in some tea?"

"Yes, please." Miyabi smiled and they headed out the door....

Kyo smiled fondly remembering that first night, they had stumbled through it, tongue tied and embarrassed. Kyo sighed. *we got over that though...we began to really click, or so I thought* Kyo pushed a hand through his hair, they had gotten along so well and Kyo really had thought that Miyabi cared about him and loved him. The younger man had told the vocalist that he loved him.

/////Start Flashback//////

"I love you Kyo..." Miyabi said, whispering the words for the first time, softly in Kyo's ear.

"I love you too, Miyabi. Love you so much..." Kyo kissed the other man gently wrapping his arms around the lithe body.

"What did you first think when you saw me?"

"I thought you were the vocalist."

"You did? No way!? I'm so completely tone deaf but..."

"But what?"

"I love to sing, even though I can't..." Miyabi blushed and Kyo pulled him up.

"Sing with me, ne?" Kyo asked and put a Kareoke CD in, he started singing and Miyabi automatically joined it, Kyo laughed and sang, swinging the other man around happily.....

Kyo laughed, before growing somber. *All those good times beautiful words...they just made the sting hurt twice as much when he betrayed me.....*

/////Start Flashback//////

*Won't he be surprised?!!!!!* Kyo had come back a day early to see his lover, the other man had since moved in to Kyo's apartment. Getting home he had picked up a box of candies and a thing of flowers. He opened the door silently and found the house dark. Frowning Kyo walked back towards the bedroom seeing a light on under the door and through the cracked open door Kyo could hear pants and moans. He stopped not looking through the crack *I don't want to look, I know what I'll see.....* Kyo sighed and pushed the door open standing there in the doorway watching his lover, Miyabi squirm and moan and pant under another man. What was his name? The vocalist? *Sakito.....* Kyo leaned on the door frame feeling physically sick to his stomach. Though for all the pain he felt he felt strangely calm. He didn't yell he just waited and watched.

"Sakito...oh....fuck ....Sakito!! I'm gonna come....fuck...." Miyabi arched against Sakito and froze as he came, his eyes shooting open and staring straight into Kyo's. A look of pure horror came over Miyabi's face as Sakito yelped and came shuttering then falling onto the body of Kyo's lover. "Kyo...."

"Kyo?" Sakito turned and stared at the other man turning red before looking away.

"Yeah, Kyo, I think that's me." Kyo said softly. "Aren't you with that other one? What's his name? Kikasa?"

"......"

"I'll take that as a yes. And I bet he doesn't know this is happening, does he?"

"No..."

"Well, he's going to find out." Kyo walked over and picked up the phone pressing the speed dial, as Miyabi had put Sakito and Kikasa's phone number on Speed Dial.

"Don't...Kyo...." Miyabi said softly.

"Moshi moshi?"

"Kikasa-san?"

"Hai, who's this?"

"Kyo."

"Oh, hey what's up?"

"I just want you to know that I just came home, Sakito's here."

"Oh? He said he was going to have Tea with Miyabi...what's the problem."

"He wasn't just taking tea, they were fucking, Kikasa....I'm sorry. I thought you should know, they'll probably be coming home soon, I'm kicking them out of here..." Kyo felt suddenly bad for doing this but still felt that the other man should know he was being cheated on.

"Well you can tell that bitch not to bother coming here. I won't let him in. Thank you, Kyo..."

"Sure." Kyo hung up the phone and turned to find Miyabi crying into his hands and Sakito pulling on his pants looking miserable.

"He says not to bother coming home, he won't let you in. You both have five minutes to get the fuck out of my house. Miyabi you can come back tomorrow, you're stuff will be in the hall. Leave." Kyo felt tears gather in his eyes, feeling the pain now of being hurt by someone he loved. Miyabi looked up at him and saw the roses and candy.

"Why did you come home early?" The guitarist asked pitifully.

"I wanted to surprise you. To show you that I would come home early because I love you. I feel stupid now. Real stupid." Kyo said and handed the roses and candy to his former lover. He turned and walked into the bathroom closing the door and broke down as he heard the other two men leave.

Kyo lifted his face and looked upwards feeling the tears fall down his cheeks. The pain was made worse by the fact that he had to see the two every day. They had the practice room next to Deg's.

/////Start Flashback/////

‘Kyo, what's wrong?" Toshiya placed a hand on Kyo's shoulder, watching as the shorter man stared down at the two figures smoking under a tree outside.

"Hey you guys, did you know that, that band, Due' le quartz? They're all in a fight." Die said as he walked in.

"Why?" Shinya asked from behind his drums.

"It seems that Sakito, the vocalist cheated on Kikasa who is the Bass player, with Miyabi, who's the guitarist....." Die said scratching his head.

"Well, how did Kikasa find out?"

"I told him." Kyo said softly. The others stopped and stared at Kyo.

"Huh?" Toshiya asked. Kaoru looked up with interest from the page he was writing on. Kyo sighed and proceeded to tell them all that had happened. When he was done he was crying, leaning on Toshiya. The others stared at him in silence.

"I didn't know you swung that way, Kyo....." Die said, looking thoughtful. Kaoru smacked him and shook his head.

"Oh, Kyo...I'm so sorry." Kyo shrugged and walked away from them walking to the roof and sitting down, pulling his legs up. He didn't notice the figure watching him. With a pained sob he rocked slowly back and forth.

"This has to be a nightmare. A nightmare. I'm going to wake up any moment...and he's going to be next to me, and this will all be a lie...." Kyo whispered to himself. Lifting his face he caught sight of Miyabi standing there staring at him looking pained.

"Kyo..."

"Stop...I love you...so much. Why did you do this to me?"

"I....we were together before I met you, I had only been single for a week when I met you....I was faithful to you. That was the only time...I'm so sorry...Kyo..."

"It's going to take time for me to forgive you....I don't even know if I can..."

"You could do it in a moment...Kyo..." Kyo shook his head and jumped up running from the other man and back to his friends....

Kyo wiped his face slowly.

Since the tour had started, Kyo had been more and more withdrawn. This was the third concert and they would only have tonight and tomorrow for a break. Kyo sighed and pushed a hand through his hair *I love him....so much....*

"I loved you so much...why did you do this...?" Kyo sobbed, clutching his face in his hands and shaking. With a sigh Kyo leaned back crying but happy to know no one else would see this awful display of emotion.

"Now's when I wish my Friends were here, I could talk to them..." Kyo smiled thinking fondly of his mice/gerbil things and his scorpions that he had in his home.

"Miyabi never cared that they were in the same room as he was, he never cared that sometimes I would forget to put them away. He wasn't like Toshiya, who yelps and squeals every time he finds them. But I needed someone else to pay half the rent, and Toshiya needed a place to stay..." Kyo stopped realizing he was speaking to himself.

"I'm so pathetic."

Kyo heard the door open behind him, he turned and found someone standing there. It was Toshiya standing in the shadows.

"Totchi? What are you doing here? Why aren't you off fucking Shinya?"

"...."

"Well whatever. At least now I'm not going to be talking to myself. You can listen to me whine. You know, he told me it only takes a moment to forgive...I think I would forgive him now. How would I know.....Totchi?" Kyo stopped and stared harder at Toshiya. It wasn't Toshiya.

"Miyabi!?"

"Kyo...please forgive me...I love you...I don't know if I'm going to live if you leave me. I want you back. I'm so sorry..." The figure rushed to Kyo and threw himself into the shorter mans arms.

"Miyabi, why did you come here?"

"I love you...I wanted to show you.."

"By coming half way across Japan?"

"With roses and candies..." Miyabi looked down and blushed.

"I don't see any..." Kyo glanced around. Miyabi stood and took Kyo's hand, pulling him out of the hall and out into the parking lot. Kyo's eyes drifted to his black Porsche (Does he have one? I dunno. He does in this story. :) -MC) the inside was filled with candy and the outside was covered in roses. Taped on. Kyo smiled and turned slowly to Miyabi.

"Will you forgive me? I want to be with you. Kyo, be with you forever..." Miyabi got down on his knees in front of Kyo and took the other mans hand in his own, lifting it to his lips and kissing it gently. Kyo smiled.

"Get off you're knees." He pulled Miyabi up and took the other man in his arms. "Now kiss me before I change my mind."

"I love you...."

"I love you too.....always.

"Forever..."

"See, it only took a moment.."

"Shut up, and kiss me idiot." Kyo closed his eyes as his lips met Miyabi's and purred in contentment that he finally had his lover back in his arms.

Comments: um, dumb, rushed ending. Oh well live with it. :) I'm getting the members of Deg in a cage. :) erm...well, I mean I'm getting five salamanders and naming them after Deg. I have two already but I'm not naming them till I get all five. Anyway, nets still down. AH!!! ! I think I'll have to send this off from school tomorrow.
