In this section we have uploaded finished/unfinished old DOS programs. New programs may not be uploaded for a while, but if we finish any, we'll put them up.
Incredible, i actually used this one somewhen! PixDraw is pretty good picture editor for DOS, though it is very rude and can only handle the Pix2.0-Format (made by me). Still it has many features Windows-based tools have. It is small, and anybody who programs with QB can easily use Pix2.0. I've uploaded few utils and documents too.
Download:Sound is probably the only melody composer supporting PC-Speaker. Sound is very very old, but still it can be used in older computers ie. for education purposes. Sound has much of features and settings can be changed on the fly. Version 1.3 has possibility to automatic play sharp/flat and repeat.
Download:DOS Utilities pack is a must for those who use DOS and especially for programmers. New DOS Pack 2 includes HERZ and Zip Divider, which are worth a look at. Zip Divider has also its own zip, if it's the only thing needed.
Download:JS InstallShield is a program for installing software. Is your friend a computer idiot who doesn't know how to install programs? JIS will make installing programs easy. You just have to type where to install software, and JIS will do it for you. JIS was first made as DOS batch, version 2.0 was first EXE.
New version 4.1 now includes support for install alternatives, such as Minimum, Maximum and Custom. We have also created JIS Light for those who don't need the support for alternatives.
Download:Schdeuler is a handy reminder for DOS. Every time you boot, Scheduler looks for events on the day it's runned. Scheduler is installed to AUTOEXEC.BAT, so it won't work on Windows 95 and newer.
Download:JOS is a wannabe-Operating System. It enhances DOS with visual effects, such as status bar and Screensaver. JOS is still under construction, and its working is not guaranteed. Version 3.0a is still beta, but better working 2.1 is also included.
Download:Password Analyzer is intended for (somekind of) privacy in DOS. PA asks your ID and Password for each boot. Separate users can have their own AUTOEXEC-like batch, which is then runned after Boot. PA is installed to AUTOEXEC.BAT, so it won't work on Windows 95 and newer.
Download:Still more programs that could be finished and/or uploaded. More will be up... someday.
