The imperialist aggressive theory on military affair believes in the omnipotence of power.

Imperialism usually resorts to power to implement its interests and needs.

The wretched human rights situation prevails in the US now.

The social inequality is as severe as 36 million to 41 million Americans are starving and those who need the gratuitous ration mount up to 21 million throughout the US.

Even the older have to arm themselves with guns to defend their lives and more than 300 cases of execution are carried out annually in the US.

It’s ridiculous for such the US to talk about human rights problem but it pressurizes north Korea and attacks China under the pretext of human rights issue.

It is none other than the US which deploys some 300,000 troops throughout the world and spends the military budget to the tune tantamount to that of the world’s countries combined.

Civilian service employees produce Tomahawk missiles, build military facilities and guard the military installations.

This reality reveals the imperialist nature which regards the military capabilities as the main resort and to what extent the US society has become militarized.

The US monopolistic capital consolidates the monopolistic structure centered on the five specific domains; military, energy, finance, ultramodern information and food works.

In conclusion, imperialism features the aggressive, plundering and malformed nature and that gets more pronounced. For that reason imperialism has no future of development.

It is an offensive spirit that we cannot be an onlooker in front of the bayonets of imperialists but desperately grapple with them and the enemy dies but we triumph.

1. Preface

Great idea and politics affect the development of the world politics and have great attraction in the world.

Ushering in the independent 21st century after the excited 20th century we witness it in the Songun politics of north Korea.

Now, the US unilateralism is facing strong opposition everywhere in the world and driven into a tight corner in the international organizations. Such a changed situation was caused by the Songun politics of north Korea which sheds rays of independence.

2. Anti-US solidarity gets intensified in North East Asia

The US regards North East Asia its principal strategic region.

So the US has run amuck to isolate and collapse north Korea, incorporate China into the capitalist system and disintegrate it, and debilitate Russia by means of the tripartite military alliance of south Korea, Japan and the US for the purpose of cementing its hegemonistic position in the North East Asian region.

However, the US war moves against the DPRK was frustrated by the Songun politics.

The independence movement in Africa and other regions is also brisk.

Along with the growing worldwide attention to the Songun politics, the third world countries admit the Songun politics as a powerful politics to cope with the US unilateral domination and follow it.

It becomes a trend of the times that those countries send delegations to the DPRK to learn the Songun politics and strengthen the military cooperation with it.

4. The US faces denunciation in the international organizations and efforts for multilateralism get momentum

Songun politics of north Korea promotes the independence cause of the world and vitiates the US international position.

Firstly, the US faces denunciation in the international organizations.

The NPT conference which was held recently graphically showed incapacity of the US.

The US can no longer intimidate north Korea or Iran brandishing so-called international criteria.

Secondly, the south-south cooperation, regional unity and multilateralism are activated.

The Non-aligned movement typical of the south-south cooperation is brisk anew and at the same time the regional unity in Africa and Central and South Americas is consolidating.

The Asian and African summit meeting held in Bandung, Indonesia, on 24 April to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Bandung Conference was a remarkable event for the Non-aligned movement.

The summit demonstrated the fact that the peoples of those regions who form the majority of the world population are promoting mutual cooperation and the independent move against the US unilateral domination is expanding in depth and width with the days going by.

The regional unions such as the African Union and the common market comprising Brazil, Argentine, Uruguay and Paraguay are developing. Such regional unions pursue independent friendship and cooperation relations contrary to the imperialist collusion.

The formation of the African Union in 2001 from the Organization of African Unity which was established in 1963 for supporting the anti-imperialist liberation movement is an independent effort of the African people to jointly confront the imperialist globalization after the disintegration of the Cold War mechanism.

The ASEAN consisted of North East Asian countries unremittingly expands its influence and activates the mutual economic cooperation in Asia.

After the north Korea’s February 10 announcement of its possession of nukes the disputes between China and India, between China and Vietnam, between China and Russia and between India and Pakistan, those all which suffered antagonism and friction for long by the imperialists’ division scheme, are gradually resolved and cooperation among them is apparently developing.

Multilateralism is conspicuous even among the imperialist countries.

It is self-evident that the introduction of Euro was a European countermeasure to the US dollars and the European effort for unity is its attempt for independence against the US unilateral hegemony and unipolar domination.

The stability of dollar is seriously threatened in the world market.

It can be said that the US faces mounting denunciation in the international organizations and the south-south cooperation, regional unity and multilateral actions get intensified is attributed to the rising demand for independence of the world against hegemony, inspired by the strong anti-US offensive and high-handedness of the Songun politics of north Korea towards the US.

The trend against the US-centered world is growing stronger by the impact of the Songun politics of north Korea which hits the US hard and the US crude and insipid reaction to it.

The south-south cooperation and the effort for regional unity are getting brisk especially after 1998 and 2000 when the Songun politics wielded its might throughout the world.
