A fun loving guy off-duty, but when on duty very serious

to his work, but still able to laugh. A real good guy to have in a crunch situation.

On duty and in fights for his life he will not stop fighting unless one of two things

happen, all of the enemy are destroyed, or he was. In an academy test, when he was in

command of a training vessel on the holodeck, and with the fact that the ship was being

overunned he plotted a collision course and rammed his ship into the biggest enemy ship he

could find, thus beginning the Sullivan Suicide Maneuver.

Born in Canada he was raised on his father's farm, attending school like a regular student. His parents had no idea of his potential, assuming he would grow up to work on the farm like his father and his father before him, it cam to a shock to both of them when he said that wanted to go into space. His parents also notice that he seemed to have an inner peace with the stars. Staring at them for hours at a time thinking.

During his time in High School he was taken out by Starfleet Command (File Clearance restricted to Alpha-One Clearance by Admirals)

After being down with the Academy he was sent to the U.S.S. Enterprise - E, under the Command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. As a Marine sniper, He was married at the age of 20, to his wife Yolanda, quickly they had a child but only to break up in 1 year. She felt that he had to stay on earth and bringing their child into harms way would be dangerous. She gave him two choices, either he was to stay on earth with them and quit Starfleet, or She would run off with the child so he could never see her again. Needless to say he has never seen his child again.

During a routine mission, James and his away team were pinned down by enemy fire. He lost his entire away team and was badly injured himself. He was rescued by 1^st Lieutenant Ken Lionheart and spent 6 months in Starfleet medical. While recovering he spent more time reviewing his engineering background and spent an extra 6 months to regain his engineering skill. After his recovery he spent a few months back at his fathers farm before being transferred to the U.S.S. Dragon as an Engineer. After the death of the Chief he was appointed the new Chief Engineer.

While working as the Chief Engineer he was promoted from Ensign to full Lieutenant, skipping Lt. (jg). A rare occasion, but truly showing his potential. While being stuck in a different dimension, while fighting along side the George W. Bush, he saved the Dragon from being caught in its gravitational pull by rerouting the Impulse Engines to think that they were offline, making the secondary systems kick in. Both primary power and secondary power allowed the ship to use her engines to nearly 200%, however the downside was that he burned out both engines.

He was then promoted from Lieutenant to Lt. Commander. During a rescue operation his shuttle was disabled and crashed onto the planet. Suffered mild injuries from the crash but was able to move on with the rescue.

Promoted to Commander and made First Officer of the Dragon when her current First Officer and Second Officer were both given Commands of there own.

On his first mission as the Dragons First Officer "Q" sent him, Captain Dragomire and his entire senior staff back in time. There to save mankind from a rouge Romulan and help the founding fathers sign the Declaration of Independence. While buying Captain Dragomire more time, he was shot and killed by a musket wound to the chest and brought back to the 24^th century for burial. During the Funeral Ceremony, "Q" returned to the Dragon, and to the amazement of the crew brought him back to life.

Later, took Command of the Dragon for two months as Captain Dragomire fell sick with a strange disease. He traveled and pick up one herb that was needed to save his life and Lt. Col. Lionheart brought another herb. Although it was given to the Captain with enough time, he stayed in a coma for another month as James took the Dragon and her crew into battle with the new threat of the Zaj. Along side the Washington and the former Second Officer of the Dragon, Theolin Vadok, they battled back the Zaj they fought and drove them back, but at the lose of 30 of the Dragons crew, and the destruction of the Dragon Zero. Which Captain Dragomire used to destroy a Zaj Battle Cruiser when he regained conciseness halfway during the battle.

breaking both of Cadet Franklin Raikes arms during a bar fight. He was found

not guilty, testimony from his fellow cadets that he was provoked and was

defending himself.
